Gav has done so much work on our house over the years - from bespoke carpentry (like benches and wardrobes) and plastering, to laying a patio and fitting a bathroom - and not only is he very skilled, but he's also a super nice guy and very fairly priced. He'll tell you what he's going to do, he arrives on time and then does the work. You literally couldn't ask for anything else.

The question you should really be asking yourself is why would you not get Gav in? Offers up clear and fair estimates and a real attention to detail in what he delivers; little things like a proper clean up of the area or looking to maximise the use of the materials purchased, just go a long way to cermet a top-notch service. He's also just a really nice guy. I've engaged him a few times now and is absolutely my go-to to get projects done I can't/won't do myself.

Ben was an absolute star from start to finish. Punctual and honest from the beginning. My job presented more issues than when he first started. Didn't phase him, just went to get more materials and carried on. He didn't make any money on the materials and used his trade discount as well. I had a number of jobs building up and was having trouble finding someone who was prepared to tackle everything I needed. Ben was recommended by a number of friends and I wasn't disappointed. Jobs included replacement of an integrated fridge and freezer, loft access with ladder, bathroom extractor fan replacement and external gutters cleaned including disassembly of downpipes where necessary to remove years of crud build up. Tony was amazing all round and takes real pride in his work. First contact and communication spot on. We had a garage conversion replacing the garage door with a patio door for a child’s playroom. Tony bricked up part of the door and installed a patio door with damp proof. The job was that that good we had him back to plaster the entire garage. He did a fantastic job and very cost effective, he is a true tradesmen and not many alike. We have recommended him to our friends and family and will continue to do so and we with have him back for future works.

Very happy with the work completed by Tony. I needed my whole chimney breast replastering due to the previous owners doing a poor job of boarding up the fireplace and plastering over the top of it. Tony's expertise in this area meant I was able to avoid future hassle by highlighting what needed doing, including adding a vent to the boarded up fireplace to give it decent air flow to avoid a build up of condensation. Tony was punctual, professional and didn't mess around with getting the job done to an incredible standard. Would highly recommend T H Building and Plastering, and would definitely use again.

We hired Montana Property Maintenance to fit a new cloakroom wc and basin. The floor to ceiling tiles were all removed and the walls all plastered to make good; we also had more plastering done in the kitchen. All work was done to an exceptional standard and for a reasonable price. The guys cleaned as they went along and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. I would happily use Montana Property Maintenance for future projects and would be happy to recommend them.

Great service. Very good carpentry work. Fitted for locks to 4 interior doors and they’re absolutely bang on. Would highly recommend, not only great workmanship but very competitively priced and came out extremely quickly. Also, it was a nice thought to have videos of all the door locks mechanism working
