We have used this company on two occasions, both times Mark has been on time, courteous and very professional. His standard of workmanship is superb and his attitude gives reassurance and confidence. Called Brian to see if he could come and fix our toilet, arranged for repair to be carried out the following day, unfortunately I had to go in to work at short notice, a quick call later and we arranged for the following day. Brian duly turned up when he said he would diagnosed the problem fixed it and cleaned up really well afterwards. All at a really good competitive price. I'll definitely be using Brian again in the future
