One of our heating zone valves had packed in. The response was very quick, came to look within 2 hours of calling, collected a part and fixed within another 2 hours. Couldn't ask for much more given today's weather
Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. On both occasions he arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was very friendly and professional in his work and left the place spotlessly clean. Competitively priced, and I will be using him again for any future work on heating system and annual service.
Lou is the best plumber in town. Has looked after my property for several years. Everything from repairing an old boiler, to installing a new one. Radiator maintenance, and boiler annual services.
