Had my haircut by Sarah today was very pleased by cut and advice have arranged to have colour and hilights next week and would recommend found to be very friendly hair salon by all.

Visited yesterday for the first time having not had my hair coloured since last October (9months). My roots were half way down my head and the ends a horrible fake yellowish blond. Karen has done a FANTASTIC job in blending my roots and toning down the blonde to my more natural colour. I was nervous for the appointment because I’d not been before and Karen wasn’t used to my hair or what I like, but she did a lovely job in talking me through her suggestions and really made me feel comfortable. 100% would recommend

Yep super hair dressers that look after my auntie Cath (who has a disability) like she is a princess... the smile on her face while she was getting her hair done is worth more than a pot of gold and the finished result was absolutely fantastic

I had previously had microblading elsewhere and went for a consultation with Dusty as my colour and definition had faded a lot in just 8 months. I have to say the whole experience was a lot more pleasant than my previous experience. Her technique was much more relaxing, the numbing cream worked a treat and I could have quite easily nodded off! I highly recommend Dusty, she is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable on microblading and she got the colour spot on (obviously darker at the moment) but she matched my ashy toned hair perfectly. I'm excited to see them once they have healed!

We booked an appointment with Lisa to have my daughters ear’s pierced. If you are worried that your child won’t make it through, then Lisa is the person to go to. She was amazing. So calm and so understanding. Definitely recommend her to anyone getting their ears pierced. Thank you Lisa. We have one over the moon little girl who can’t wait to show her new earrings off to her friends.

Kim has been my go-to stylist for many years. Her advice on cut and colour is totally what I need. I just ask her to sort my hair out, and she does! I’m in my fifties with stress and menopause leading to much thinner hair than I’d like, which I find quite upsetting. I need guidance on what is age appropriate but classy. Kim is honest and very experienced so always points me in the right direction. The salon atmosphere is nice and relaxed, not snitty like others I have been to in the past. Great to see her take on and encourage so many up and coming young stylists too. She fully deserves the success she has.

Took my daughter in to see Libz for a haircut. Libz was chatty, professional, knowledgeable and really engaged with my normally quiet daughter. Offering advice and cutting my daughter's hair to a style she absolutely loves.

I've been using Saks almost seven years now and I love the service I get. The team are all lovely and Alex who started cutting my hair as a trainee is now one of their top stylists. Always happy with my cut and feel well looked after, would recommend all the team whether you have a trainee or a fully qualified stylist. Longest I've ever consistently gone to the same hairdresser!

All of the treatments I have had with Mollie have been amazing. She is a master at eyebrows and lashes but her facials are also amazing too. I recently had a deluxe facial and my skin has never looked so good. Mollie is so lovely but also very professional. I love going to see her for treatments and can’t wait to visit her new salon.

My pedicurist, and salon owner Laura, was skilled, attentive and efficient, and most of all, friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. My pedicure was lovely, with a foot soak, scrub, mask, nail shaping and polish, with a great range of OPI polish to choose from. Last up, Laura has made No5 Beauty into a totally relaxing space, with a wonderfully modern and tasteful décor to boot.
