Lovely place and Caroline the owner is always so professional and friendly. I've been here on a few occasions over the last few years but recently started going more regularly due to the great range of treatments and good prices. I went for my second hydrofacial last night (I just have the 30 minute one which is suitable for sensitive skin, as I suffer with rosacea) and my skin feels absolutely gorgeous! Always come here to get my nails done by Kamilla. The salon is always clean and well decorated, the girls are so welcoming and friendly. They only use ethical and safe products which is so important to me. Kamilla is so talented, she always listens to what I want but also has imaginative ideas. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!💖

My first experience at the salon was fantastic. I had a longwinded gabble on the phone whilst booking as my dad was going into hospital. They remember all of this and the first question I was asked was “how is your dad” I was astounded that they remembered! This is the massive positive of using a local family run business! I arrived at Janet best with the most positive and welcoming attitude! I was booked in with Isla for a wash and blow dry and can say my hair has never felt better. When Isla was washing my hair she did the most amazing massage which made me feel like my hair and actually been washed and not just pampered with. Isla was guided by Leah to what products to use on my thick long hair! Isla reassured me on what the product did for my hair and how to use it! My hair has never felt better. Thankyou!

I went in for a cut and layer service and my hair has never felt or looked healthier!! Laila was more than friendly and guided me through what she was doing while also giving me tips on how to better take care of my hair and the products which would cater to my hair type and length, which I found really useful. She was guided by Leah who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Leah made sure Laila was using the correct techniques as well as checking each step along the way which made me feel confident throughout my appointment.

I went with my mum for our first appointment - they were so friendly and warm! My mum is a little nervous about hair dressers (she has had bad experiences in the past!) The team were incredibly personable and listened to her hair concerns - explored all the products which could help and gave her an excellent experience

Would like to say a huge thank you to the lovely young lady who curled and styled my hair for an evening wedding celebration on Saturday 1st October. She took the utmost care and didn't rush, taking out the pins and combs a few times to ensure they were firmly fixed in, was so pleased with the outcome, it looked amazing and it lasted from having it done at 10am to when the event finished at 1am. Had my nails done a couple of times and they were perfect. Exactly what I wanted and stayed on till i wanted them off. The girls are lovely and so friendly and chatty. Might not be the cheapest place around but definitely the best value for money will definitely go back. The place is spotlessly clean and spacious so not all cramped together. Highly recommended nothing is too much trouble 😊

Went for a spa pamper afternoon here with my daughter absolutely loved it treatments were exactly what we needed a big shout out to Emily that did mine and I think it was Gemma that did my daughters so relaxing afternoon tea was amazing aswell definitely doing it again and truly recommend mulberry house 😃

This is a brilliant salon and ALL the staff are good at what they do and very friendly. I have many treatments here, nails, pedicures, hair and massages. They’ll help you get it right. I became a customer here years ago not long after it first opened and I am a ‘true’ loyal customer and there’s a reason for that, they are great. I’ve never had a reason to complain. 👏👏

Zoe She's absolutely amazing at highly defined brows and facials she is knowledgeable about skin health and advises you on how to improve it at home and with herself, I always feel relaxed during the treatments , also I have a full head of foils and a cut by Sarah, she's fabulous at what she does, it's a great salon environment and I would highly recommend them both, They are both welcoming and Friendly and highly professional, I Always look forward to my next visit. I have come here for years now for different treatments, my favourite being builder gel nails. When I started coming my nails were very short and bitten and now I have beautiful nails and a tech who knows just what I like. Very friendly staff and a safe space for me to go. Would highly recommend and would no go anywhere else.

I’ve been to Zoe for eye brows, lashes and nails on several occasions. She is always excellent. The salon is immaculate and always a friendly welcoming environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I couldnt reccomend Shannon enough! So professional and her skills are something else. I have been a returning customer as her nails are just unreal quality, I have next to no lifting between 2-3week appointments and every set is to the highest standard. Shannon also makes you feel so welcome and comfortable throughout your treatment.

Review of the “Cabin” at Pure Salon. We are a couple, of mature years and following a recommendation to use the Cabin in the Salon , have accessed the service three times over the last month. Based in a separate room upstairs in the salon, in complete privacy, the experience has been very helpful and useful. When you enter and sit down in the Cabin, you are wrapped in an atmosphere of warmth as on a summer’s day but without worrying about the dangers of the sun’s rays. On the first visit it took some 40 minutes before we began to feel the effects and the light clothes we wore (for decency's sake) became very ‘wet’ with heavy perspiration and after the hour these were wringing wet. This appears to be as a result of an increase in circulation in the tissues beneath the skin and opening up of the pores in the skin. After drying off at the end of the session we both felt very relaxed overall. On the following visits, we both started to perspire much earlier in the session and on the third session, it was down to 25 minutes. This seems to tie in with the understanding that the circulation reacts better to repeated usage. We anticipate that this time should continue to reduce as more sessions are repeated. Benefits. Some of the normal aches and pains in our joints and muscles that we had before using the cabin have reduced following each visit and we put that down to the effects of the warmth getting deeper into the body tissues. Our skin also seems smoother and less dry which might be due to removing any toxins stored beneath the skin. We are much more relaxed after each session and will continue to use the service, only from now on, on a much more regular frequency. We will keep any further changes that happen to us, up-to date on further reviews.

I've had a few bad experiences with hair colours at previous different salons and paid a fortune only to be dissatisfied, I went to Studio Normanton the stylists knew what I wanted and delivered, I have had so many lovely comments about the colours and cut cannot recommend this salon enough lovely staff make you feel so welcome. They are also very reasonable price wise

I struggle with anxiety and this impacts being able to get my hair cut. The staff was absolutely amazing, I felt welcomed and comfortable right from the start. Nothing I asked for was too much and they allowed me as much time as I needed. I've definitely found the hairdressers I'll keep going to now 😊
