My 14 year old son decided he needed to do something with his hair I didn't understand. "A perm" he said. So he found New ID via a Google search. I took him after he booked an appointment. I am a standard blokey barber shop guy who just has a basic haircut from time to time so walking in felt a little awkward. A brown man with a brown child into a shop full of women staff and women customers, not brown. However, we were greeted with a "hello, take a seat" and it was totally comfortable after that. I left my son with I believe Heather who expertly did the perm, looked after him and he told me she had a chat with him and was really nice, just like everyone else. Good people. Lovely, welcoming, just nice. Good service. Good price. Thank you.

Highly recommend this place. Lady Lorraine was very nice with me, she helps me to feel confident, she knew how to make my wedding hairstyle and I am very happy everything goes well. Thank you very much to her and her staff!

What can I say? First time in the salon today and it was the best experience ever! The staff are so lovely and my hair looks the best it has ever been. Will definitely be returning, thank you for making my hair look so good. Will see you soon.

Visited last week to get a perm and cut by Lorraine. It was such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very happy with the results, got exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend this place and most certainly will be returning!

I've been going here for a few years now and my husband does too. Lovely atmosphere, very accommodating and a nice experience. Heather always gets our hair just right and the staff are really friendly
