I have been a client at Arora since their opening a year ago, having followed Sarah from a previous salon. Sarah and Ramshi are extremely talented, highly professional stylists who are always friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to keep their clients happy and will always try and ensure convenient appointments can be made. The salon uses the latest products and techniques (including the Olaplex range); I was fortunate enough to be asked by Ramshi to be a model for a Keratin blow dry treatment which has literally changed my (hair styling) life! I will definitely be booking this treatment in again soon. I am convinced you won't find a salon in the locality with the same friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service and professionalism as Arora. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Definitely recommend!

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was at Arora Hair & Beauty. Having not cut my hair in 9 years, it had become something I was getting quite self-conscious about because it was so damaged. I thought it was unfixable but Ramshi worked her magic and made me fall in love with my hair once again! She was the perfect person to undergo the experience with as I was a bit apprehensive and I really appreciated the way she went about cutting and styling my hair, explaining everything to me in detail and it really calmed me. I cannot recommend this company enough! From the minute you step in, you know you are in good hands! 🤩😍

I had never been Marchella’s before. My friends recommended me to go for hair colouring as I have previously coloured my hair. You are always skeptical at first trying a new place but as soon as I went in, the warm welcome I was given from Marchella, Destiny and the rest of the team was absolutely fantastic. Just 2 minutes of conversation made me feel as if I have known them years. They could have done a bad job but the service is that good I wouldn't even complain haha. So Destiny was responsible for colouring my hair and I must admit I was absolutely blown away by how amazing my hair looked especially considering my hair is really really dark. I feel like a new man with new confidence thanks to the amazing Marchella and Destiny who made me feel so comfortable always checking up on me, asking if I want anything to drink etc. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who wants to get their hair done. Male or female. I will definitely commit to this place now because they are truly amazing. Thank you Marchella, Destiny and the rest of the team. You guys are great :)

Was really pleased with my haircut, great salon, all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Sarah cut my hair and did a great job, would definitely reccomend. Added to review- 20.01.2025 I returned to this salon after having treatment for breast cancer and using the cold cap. I hadn't lost all my hair, but it was very thin and damaged from chemotherapy. Sarah and the other girls were so kind, supportive and reassuring, and I'll always be grateful for their support. I found hair loss one of the hardest parts of my treatment and they have helped me start to feel like myself again. I cant reccomend them enough, thank you 😊

I had been searching for a wheelchair- accessible hairdresser for a couple of years without any success, until I discovered Cazper's. I put my head around the door to ask if I could try to get in the salon. I was flabbergasted when the owner piped up and asked me if I would like to use her portable ramp! It's so rare that you find shops and services which go out of their way to accommodate wheelchair users. Caroline, the owner, is one of those who does. I booked an appointment for the next week for a cut, and for the first time in about 4 years, I had my hair done in a salon. Caroline cut my hair beautifully. She is a warm and thoughtful person and she gave me one of the best cut that I've had in decades. Thank you, Caroline. I will be back in the new year!

Caroline cut my daughter’s hair, it was the first time my daughter would ever cut it that short and she absolutely nailed it! I loved her hair so much that I got mine cut the very same week! Definitely will be back and would recommend!

After contacting a few hairdressers near me to see if they use a specific hair colour brand for my sensitive scalp for a hair colour, Caroline offered to order it for me and colour my hair. I've been going to her since then. She's a lovely, friendly lady who takes her time with you and does not rush. Just goes to show that she goes out of her way for her customers.
