Fantastic treatment done today with Ela. I came in with long half brown, half blonde hair unsure what to do with it and after an extensive consultation & a bit of bravery I’ve come away with a gorgeous head of healthy red-brown hair. Love the cut & colour thank you so much, the finish is amazing :) Always a good experience at Merluza, especially with such dynamic and professional staff.

First time visiting Merluza today & I love it there already. I get my hair cut and coloured by Zoe who is absolutely fabulous and so knowledgable. After having a bad experience else where I was very anxious with my colour and cut. However from consultation and right up until the end of my treatment Kathryn was extremely proffesional, polite and welcoming. She understood what I wanted to have done and ensured she kept me updated every step of the way. She knew I was anxious she made me feel relaxed and calm and assured me that this experience would be better than the one I had at another salon. Although we had a consultation, on the day of my appointment she still went through everything with me to ensure nothing had changed. She showed me the colour chart again to make sure I was happy with the choices. The end result was great and I love my colour and cut. It was just the way I wanted it and I am happy. Valerie is also extremely friendly and welcoming. Defo will be a returning client.

I don't tend to leave feedback very often, but I just had to for the Merluza ladies. I get my haircut and styled by Ella who is fab, but I find all the ladies here are so kind and attentive. I feel like a Princess every time I go in. They're very knowledgeable about their work giving the best advice and always go the extra mile if needed. Highly highly recommended. I visited the sheldon salon today which has recently opened and my whole experience was absolutely amazing. Cant fault it on anything. Customer service was the best. I felt so welcomed and nothing felt like too much. Was very happy with my colour and cut. Iv not been able to get it like this in years. This colour and cut suits me very well and the colour shade feels like it's exactly what I asked for with the pictures i showed, which have been hard to get the last few places I have been to. The finish with curls look really good too and are holding well. It was a big change to what I walked in with and I am extremely happy with it. Thank you for your hair tips and answering all my questions. I bought a couple of hair products from here too as recommended and I am looking forward to trying them. See you again soon 😊

Another really good experience at Scissors. Due to the corona virus situation I have limited myself to my usual outside activities.... such as hairdressers. However, now that things are getting back to a sense of normality, it was a great relief to go back to Scissors. It was really good to know, and experience, that things are back to how I remember them...... great service, friendly atmosphere and a very good job done. I have always recommended Scissors and have absolutely no problem with recommending them again.

Had my first cut and blowdry yesterday by the lovely Kelly and it won't be the last as I will definitely be going back to her. She made my hair feel like new again. I would not go elsewhere now I've had it done by Kelly. Very pleased.

I have used Scissors for quite a few years now and have never had cause to complain. The staff are very down to earth and friendly and it is a pleasure to go to and get my hair cut. It is a very clean and good quality barber's and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
