First time visiting Merluza today & I love it there already. I get my hair cut and coloured by Zoe who is absolutely fabulous and so knowledgable. All of the staff were so kind, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much Zoe and the entire team at Merluza Hair & Beauty, I absolutely love my new style!!

After having a bad experience else where I was very anxious with my colour and cut. However from consultation and right up until the end of my treatment Kathryn was extremely proffesional, polite and welcoming. She understood what I wanted to have done and ensured she kept me updated every step of the way. She knew I was anxious she made me feel relaxed and calm and assured me that this experience would be better than the one I had at another salon. Although we had a consultation, on the day of my appointment she still went through everything with me to ensure nothing had changed. She showed me the colour chart again to make sure I was happy with the choices. The end result was great and I love my colour and cut. It was just the way I wanted it and I am happy. Valerie is also extremely friendly and welcoming. Defo will be a returning client.

Fantastic treatment done today with Ela. I came in with long half brown, half blonde hair unsure what to do with it and after an extensive consultation & a bit of bravery I’ve come away with a gorgeous head of healthy red-brown hair. Love the cut & colour thank you so much, the finish is amazing :) Always a good experience at Merluza, especially with such dynamic and professional staff.

I don't tend to leave feedback very often, but I just had to for the Merluza ladies. I get my haircut and styled by Ella who is fab, but I find all the ladies here are so kind and attentive. I feel like a Princess every time I go in. They're very knowledgeable about their work giving the best advice and always go the extra mile if needed. Highly highly recommended.
