My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. Fabulous work. Bathroom was done last year by this company. Superb - hall was renovated earlier this year and again another great job. Kitchen has been altered and again the craftsmanship.shows in their work. I can recommend this company who go out of their way to be helpful.

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. I will definitely recommend Clearwater plumbing and heating Wakefield to my friends and family and would like to thank them for an excellent job.

I use Darren for general maintenance, hedge trimming and lawn cutting and conditioning. I have a big garden and he has helped to make it manageable for me. He has also made an excellent job of cleaning my block paved drive. Darren always communicates promptly, is flexible with timings and has given me some great advice. I would highly recommend him.

I have wouldn’t want for anyone else to maintain my garden for me. Darren is very professional, good value & never leaves any mess. Communication is very good as to when the gardens will be worked or if any issues why can’t such as weather changes. Never pushy particularly at start or end of season, he will always ask if garden needs a first or last cut. Always happy to do additional one-off jobs as & when or if you need. What more can you ask for.

Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. It was an absolute pleasure to find a tradesman who did the following :- 1) turned up on time 2) fully explained their findings (with evidence) 3) gave a comprehensive quote and return time 4) left the premises clean and tidy 5) returned when they said they would 6) carried out the work quietly and efficiently 7) left a job sheet specifying the works done 8) billed the same as quoted Paul was a gentleman throughout my dealings with him on the phone and was happy to respond to queries via WHATSAPP at what may be considered non working hours. Matt who did the work was polite, respectful of his surroundings and willing to take the time to explain, in simple terms, the work done and why it was required. I'll certainly use them again and would be more than happy to reference their work.

This was my first time using SDW & I am very pleased I did. First initial phone call last week I was given instruction over the phone to get my boiler back up and running - they were very patient and understanding despite being extremely busy. My second phone call today I needed someone to come out to the house, within the same day they have been out to the house and got my boiler back working within the hour. This is has been my home club for the last 12 yrs or so. Fantastic golf course. Even through this dry spell the greens are some of the best in this area. Friendly staff always makes you feel welcomed to the club Come & try yourself out against the course. You'll love it😃🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️⛳

Fantastic layout in great condition. There are lots of interesting holes that provide a good challenge for all levels of golfers. The greens were best the best we have played this year and we have been to some prestigious courses. It is also set within the grounds of a nature reserve with great views on many holes. Great practice facilities to warm up including a covered driving range and the halfway house was open on Wednesday when we played. Great value at £40 for a top quality round of golf.
