Very pleased, very professional & very easy to talk to, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. The job was to install an electric cooker with extractor hood. Haroon responded very quickly and said he could squeeze me in. When he was on his way the kitchen fitters cut through the main cable for the house lights, I asked if he could also fix this issue and he said he would. Installed the cooker and set up the wiring for the extractor very quickly, then quickly sorted out the issue with the lighting. Really happy with everything including price. Fitters were also impressed.

Haroon was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would, he double checked what needed to be done, and then did a very professional and tidy job putting in three new double sockets and amending a light switch. He was polite and very friendly to chat with whilst he worked and even made a couple of suggestions regarding some other work being done. I would definitely recommend him, and would happily use him again if I needed more electrical work doing.

Haroon is a top individual that carried out our work quickly and without fuss. As it happens, he went above and beyond when he came back to fix an issue caused by another contractor we had in at the same time that severed a live cable. We will not be using any other Electrician than Haroon for future projects. He is our Electrician!

As ever, 5 stars. The staff are just brilliant with animals (as you would expect) but not pushy when it comes to recommending non- treatment. The floors are regularly washed in the reception area & the tables used for the animals in the rooms are sanitized after every use.

Excellent vets. One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.

Thank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.

Gatehouse Veterinary Group showed amazing professionalism and empathy when we had to use them to deal with our dog who had injured his leg on a walk. I've been bringing my french bulldog dog pebbles to see Terry for nearly 6 years now. He is a great vet and amazing around animals. He puts them at ease and makes everyone feel welcome. I've employed West Yorkshire Electrical for two jobs, one replacing an induction hob, the other installing an outdoor security light, and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything from getting a quote to the finished job was done efficiently and the customer service was excellent. Josh even hung a mirror for me in the lounge after he'd fished installing the light! We had a large job that needed doing for our garden. Louis came out and did an amazing job. Took his time with it, not rushed! Louis managed to do all the work SPOT ON ( exactly how we wanted it to be done)! He managed to get the job done all by himself in a timely manor. And I can see why his Google reviews are at 5 stars. Amazing and caring service from the reception staff to the vet. My pet was in bad shape due to allergies, the way the vet examined and treated him was outstanding. The level of detail the vet went into the explain the situation and on going care was way beyound expectaion. My pet is since back to great health due to their advice and care. The price of the care was fair, I feel.

I have recently changed to this practice and also joined their complete care plan. I have had to take my dog this evening as an emergency as he had a severe gastro issue. The receptionist was super helpful and very caring. Marta the vet and the nurse were amazing. They checked him thoroughly and 3 injections and medications later we are back home and hopefully it won't be long before Maverick is feeling better again. Outstanding care given.

Took our beautiful Bella here and unexpectedly she was seriously ill and needed to be PTS 🥺 the vet Tamsin, nurse and all the receptionists could not have been kinder, more compassionate and sincere. The only downside I have is how the vets is set out. Devastated owners sat with owners having their animals pampered. Paying after the procedure (I literally couldn't see the machine through crying) I think paying first would be more sensitive. The staff were wonderful 💞

Interesting experience, brought my cat here. To be honest the people at the front who work there, I don't know maybe because it was towards closing time, but you can smile or change your mood up a bit, it costs nothing. The lovely vet herself was very helpful and she suggested what she could. To be honest, I don't look forward coming here when I need to again. But hopefully a different experience the second time.

Absolutely amazing, my dog suffered a cruciate ligament tear and unfortunately surgery was too expensive at my local vets, luckily I got on at PDSA and they told us she didn’t even need surgery! Which saved us 2k+ ! The staff are polite and helpful, the vets are incredible, professional and they show care in your dog. Other vets just want you for money, this vets actually care about your animal. So thankful for PDSA, forever thankful.

I can not thank the staff enough who work here. They have been absolutely brilliant and so caring and kind, my little dog was suffering and they tried their best to help him with medication, but in the end I had to make the very difficult decision to let him cross the bridge😥. The vets were so very gentle and kind. My heart is truly broken 💔 but my best bud knew he was loved all his life to the very end. RIP and wait for me mate 😢 xx
