Had my wedding here on 4th june 2022 and what a fantastic day it was. The food was fantastic and every guest compliment how nice the food was and how nice the venue was. Toni the golf club manager really did go above and beyond to make sure my day was fantastic. I want to say how good she was at providing food for a vegan and celiac guest they were amazed at the food they recieved. I will deffo be back when another family party or get together is called for. Once again toni thank you so much and I will remember this day forever ❤️

Beautiful estate with a lovely walking trail and a cute little pond with ducks and swans, very scenic. There is a small park too with some swings and slides and a small zip wire which was fun.

Had an excellent day today at Bingley St Ives. Seniors Open Day. Great service from the Bar/Restaurant. Good food reasonably priced. The course was in really good condition. Lots of work being done on the paths etc. A Massive project removing diseased rhododendrons and trees 😫. This does not effect your game just some GUR and drop zones to be aware of. Spotters on the course helping to find golf balls. Ladies with refreshments at the half way house 😊. Well done for holding such a well organised and professional Seniors day 👏

Such a great day out as always. Only played 9 holes all par 4 and 3. The course is such a lovely course with inviting and forgiving fairways. The greens are harder during dryer weather but still slightly challenging in the wet conditions. Pricing is fair too. The staff here are soo friendly and very helpful. And the golf shop here is reasonably priced.

Lovely golf course some tricky holes, kept in immaculate condition looks really nice, The greens have plenty of slope and are smooth and fast. As slick as you'll find at 3 times the price.

We all had an excellent day and are hopefully playing our Seniors competition here next year 🤞. Everything was spot on from our bacon sandwich and tea and coffee on arrival. The condition of all the course, tees, fairways and greens. The friendly service from the staff. The foid afterwards was excellent The thing we struggle with most was getting to grips with the difficulties of the greens 😫. They were in excellent condition but very challenging 😅. Lovely day thank you 😊

I played here today with a view to joining for me and my lad. I was told before hand that the greens had been ninja tined by the lady in the shop I already knew, but it’s lovely that they cared to inform me. There was young member looked to be playing on his own so I asked if he fancied a game and politely joined me which was great, he guided me around and told me about the club. Overall very friendly welcome, practice area and range looked great. Course was in super condition, I’m super picky and I couldn’t find anything to complain about, greens are receptive but not soft or spongy, around the greens was as you’d expect, revetted bunkers were hard but looked absolutely mint with the turf layering. Tee boxes were all flat and tidy with tee bins and divot mix. The course was quiet although there were people playing I didn’t see much of anyone, we played a good pace around 4hrs no one chasing us down and no one playing slow infront. And the weather was superb. I would highly recommend also I received a very good price with a county card.

This is a fantastic course that is available at a great place for it's quality. I genuinely think it's offering the sort of golf course for a normal price that others around Yorkshire are charging double. It's a great course layout, really enjoyable challenge and nicely set around the lake. It's got a great driving range to warm up on too.

This is has been my home club for the last 12 yrs or so. Fantastic golf course. Even through this dry spell the greens are some of the best in this area. Friendly staff always makes you feel welcomed to the club Come & try yourself out against the course. You'll love it😃🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️⛳

Fantastic layout in great condition. There are lots of interesting holes that provide a good challenge for all levels of golfers. The greens were best the best we have played this year and we have been to some prestigious courses. It is also set within the grounds of a nature reserve with great views on many holes. Great practice facilities to warm up including a covered driving range and the halfway house was open on Wednesday when we played. Great value at £40 for a top quality round of golf.

This is a great value for money course. Just played in late September. Greens in really good nick for the time of year, fairways were cut really well, the whole course is well looked after, it's a really good layout, pins are challenging and the views are great. It's not too hilly but there are some nice gradients on the course, you have to think a bit. It doesn't feel like you are just back and forward like some smaller courses do. A lot of the shorter par 4 holes encourage laying up as the green isn't easily driveable, ditches or streams at 230 yards and the like. The 9th plays straight back to the clubhouse which is always nice. You can tell its an old course rather than somewhere that was a field 20 years ago. The club house is decent. Friendly people, a propper bar, sky sports. Compared to another couple of 9 hole courses in the area it's amazing. If you've played Queensbury then this is in the same sort of category. Really nothing to complain about. Really glad we played here today.

Went for a 50th Anniversary meal, the staff were really friendly and helpful from the booking and organising the menu stage. It was well organised and a lot of people said they'd enjoyed the food and would go back here again. It's dog friendly as well so we're thinking of calling again when we're out.

As a golf club , I don't know. We went for a function, a first birthday 🎂 🥳. Very impressed with the location , car parking is super close to the building, the function room was perfect, roomy, and plenty of natural light through the large windows ( early afternoon for us ) . The bar was friendly with plenty of choice, they even catered for the event which was surprisingly nice. Over all highly recommended if you need a place fir a function 👌🏾. Enjoy if you do .

What a fabulous course! Anyone playing here in the last couple of months has most likely seen it at its worst which in all fairness speaks volumes for how good it is. Yes it’s tough if you miss the fairway however, I’d never judge a course because it’s hard 🤣 improve your game and come back later 🤣👍🏻 Like any public moors or parkland it will have a few walkers but in my experience they didn’t interfere in playing areas. The greens were in fabulous condition and I can’t wait to return in summer to play them at their best. Not a member but it deserves a fair review and at £17.50 for coffee, bacon sandwich, golf and a pint of beer… WOW great value

Also some great offers on Mondays £10 for a round weds , Thurs, Fri £17:50 for a round of golf , bacon or sausage sandwich and a pint no way can that be beaten for value. Ok it can be chilly in winter but it's a fantastic course that deserves to played regularly unfortunately I have a bit of a drive to get there. Would definitely recommend having a round here you won't be disappointed

Out on the course everyone again is always friendly and understanding of us being new to the game. The course is kept in excellent condition. We both recommend visiting

Played as part of a large visiting party on friday 27th sept 2024 and what an experience. Members and staff couldnt have been more welcoming. As for the course it was superb. Tee boxes fairways and greens were in fantastic condition. The course has 27 holes with many memorable ones. A word of warning if you look at the scorecard it doesnt seem to long but its monstrous off the white tees (which we played off) because of the undulating fairways. On a final note the food was first class. Highly recommend

Had a good day here on Seniors Day. 27 hole course. Big thank you to Saul in the pro shop for his help and patience with explaining the card and where we get our shots. A bit confusing because there are three 9 holes courses with 1-9 strokes on each 9. The course was in excellent condition. I was very happy with my game but struggled on the difficult greens. (Used to flater slower greens 😅) we played the lakes course which is hole 1 to 18. The weather was amazing but very hot 🥵😫😅. Great day and looking forward to playing here again.

I booked a society day for work (32 people) at Moor Allerton in July. The staff were incredibly helpful, Alison could not have done more to create the day for us, from assisting with prizes to running around on the day. Junior and his staff were excellent in the bar making a great BBQ. Then George in the pro shop helping with tee times (some slow play) and getting markers out for our competitions. Couldn't recommend more!

Excellent golf course to play, provides a good challenge to all! Staff are very friendly, make members and guests feel equally as welcome. I've made use of the tuition with head pro Lewis Clarke, both indoor simulator and on course lessons. In a short period of time Lewis has helped me to build a better understanding of my golf swing, build a better approach to practice and playing, ultimately lowering my handicap!
