My first dentist appointment in over 18 months due to a shortage in NHS dentists at the practice. I expressed my anxiety to the dentist and he made me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment, letting me know what he was going to do and reassuring me. I haven’t felt this at ease about a dentist appointment in years!

My dentist asked all the right questions, also questions that followed on from my last appointment 6 months earlier. Service on reception was pleasant also. My dentist who also checked over my 6 year old son was very gentle with him. Definitely Recommend!

It's good to be back on your books after such a long time. I'm a nervous patient but I needn't have worried. Ali is such a pleasant person who carried out a thorough examination with a full explanation and gave recommendations re ongoing oral care & diet without being condescending. Happy to recommend.

I cannot express enough gratitude to this amazing dental practice. After being left in unbearable pain and completely let down by another dentist, I came here desperate for help and they delivered beyond my expectations. The team was kind, compassionate, and incredibly professional. They identified the issue and immediately performed a nerve extraction, completely relieving my pain on the spot. I went from feeling hopeless and furious to finally being able to relax and trust that I was in good hands. Their skill and care turned what was a nightmare experience elsewhere into a huge relief. This practice has restored my faith in dental care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your exceptional service you’ve truly been lifesavers I truly thank the lady dentist working on emergency appointments on Friday 20/12 I came in!

I’ve been there yesterday for the very first time and I’d say they all were very nice,kind and professional. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and polite also very good looking. The doctor and his assistant were very nice and professional, They’ve done my treatment very quick and in the best way that was possible in my opinion. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them.

Had to get seen urgently due to a hole in my tooth. Upon calling was given an appointment the very next day. The dentist Amar made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the procedure, talked me through exactly what he was doing at all times and did an absolute fantastic job, the colour match is pretty much spot on. Fabulous service all around. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Amazing staff!! Very welcoming! I am a very very anxious patient, all I can say is they look after you and are very caring! I more or less squeezed the nurses hand all the way through! Explained everything what was happening! I really wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I recently registered with this practice, I recently just moved down to this area with my family. The reception team were really lovely and Kenny who happens to be the dentist and his nurse are amazing!!!! I’m normally really nervous but they always reassured me, so much so that I have finally decided to have private treatment done. Wish I could give them more stars!!

I went in for a private emergency appointment today due to being in incredible pain. I was quickly attended to, and within 25 minutes i had a consultation, an X-ray, the tooth extracted and a prescription for antibiotics. Dr Kenny (The Dentist) was amazing, explained everything to me, paid active listening to me and was reassuring all through. The price was way cheaper than all the stories of private dentistry costs which I heard from family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic, it was mine and my daughters first visit to this clinic (I forgot but I think it was with Dr. Naim :) ). Amazing! Me and my mum went here and saw the new dentist - Dr Niam and he’s the best dentist I’ve ever seen he’s so polite and makes you feel like you have a choice of your care and clearly has expertise in his area of work. The overall clinic is good too the receptionists are competent and are polite this is by far the best dentist I’ve been to!

I could not rate this dentist high enough. From reception to dentist they are just so polite, informative, patience. They work with you, for example I have very sensitive gag reflexes . I told the dentist and when ever he could see that I was struggling he would stop for a moment to give me a breather. During treatment I was told step by step what he was doing . Great after care advise was also given. Honestly the best dental experience iv had. 5 star from me

My second visit today and as the first I can't fault anything about this practice. Starting from arrival throughout my treatment until leaving, everyone was professional and friendly. The best thing was that the dentists themselves actually speak to you throughout the treatment explaining what they are doing and continually asking if you are OK. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice to anyone. 😁

I recently visited oaksmere for a tooth extraction. I was really nervous, as my last experience at a different dentist, was awful and painful . But I was instantly put at ease at Oaksmere. The treatment was completely painless and a pleasant experience, considering it's a dentist lol. As for the lady who gave a bad review,because she had to fill in forms, do you not realise that it's the terms imposed on the practice? And leaving a bad review based on that is ridiculous and not warranted. Some people will moan at anything 🙄
