Amazing vets. I was with Calder vets, they quoted me 1600 for an operation. Then refused to do it without another 600 for tests they never mentioned. With animal trust it was 680 all in and they literally saved my dogs life. Staff are amazing and truly love pets

Great veterinary surgery made all the better by efficient, polite & helpful staff. Great location & easy to find ,head into the retail park and it's just off the mini roundabout next to KFC & the Sue Ryder charity shop. Ample parking with dedicated disabled bays and easy access into the surgery (including wheelchair access). Inside there's a large air conditioned reception area with lots of seating plus toilet facilities. It is spotlessly clean and as a rule they run very much on time so make sure you're not late for your appointment! Regarding pet care, I have always found Animal Trust to be pragmatic & efficient whilst keeping cost relatively low.

Bring 9 out of 10 pets to companian care ( the other goes to a local vet as he hates the car). Never had an issue at all, all staff very friendly, and the vets take their time to allow the pets to relax, only thing is their prices have jumped up since lockdown.

I’ve been using this vet practice for years. I’ve always found all the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. This morning my cat had an appointment with Tavi. Not only did Tavi look at the issue my cat had gone in for but looked at two other little issues as well. Not only is Tavi a great vet he is also a nice person. Very friendly, approachable and caring.

The receptionist Tracey was friendly, polite and explained and helped me to sign up to the pet plan immediately. She explained what was included, the price breakdown and gave me leaflets to explain. The vet Tavi was amazing. So knowledgeable and understanding of my dog and his temperament. Knew exactly what to do and how to handle him. It was the first time I came to this practice having recently moved the area and I'm so relieved I've found such a friendly, caring practice with a vet who can help my dog Noodle. Thank you so much. Next time I won't feel so nervous to come along with my pup! :)

My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

We recently took my mum’s beloved cat to Holly House Vets, and we are so grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed us. The team was gentle, understanding, and treated our cat with such care and respect. They created a calm and peaceful environment, ensuring her final moments were handled with dignity and love. After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

We had to take our cat, Nectar, to Holly House out of hours, and the care we received was exceptional. The team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, which made such a stressful situation a little easier to handle. They explained everything clearly and treated Nectar with such kindness and respect. It’s reassuring to know that such great care is available when you need it most. I’d highly recommend Holly House for anyone needing out-of-hours vet services. Thank you to the team for everything you did for us and for Nectar!

Excellent caring service, really prompt appointments, professional service by all the vets. I really feel my dog gets such good care and follow up checks. Clear aftercare and information regarding cost. He recently had a dental appointment and teeth extracted, Ted bounced back immediately after, he was a new pup again. Unfortunately Ted has to have another operation but I feel confident he will recieve the best care. Thank you .

Outstanding vets. Have all my animals with them and can honestly say they are the best around. My dog actually likes visiting them and he’s had at least two operations. Just shows you how much they look after and care for them when they have to stay overnight. 10/10. I would give them more if I could. My dog Blu gives them a solid paws up :)

Used this vets for years having dogs . Now having lost my last dogs due to old age, now have a cat 17 years old and becoming concerning. The lady vet we saw was absolutely spot on . Listened and discussed the problem which was heartwarming. The lady in question was called iris and was one of the best we have ever seen. Could have gone down the road of blood tests and xrays but at 17 years old is too much. Cats have 9 lives, maybe he's on his ninth.

A very friendly and helpful vets. They took us on when our vet in Dewsbury said they didn’t have enough vets to help us. We rang every vet in the Wakefield area to get Milly her booster and her nails cut under sedation (she won’t let anyone near her paws) and they were all full. Yorkshire Vets said they could help. Really happy with them.

Mr Gupta is absolutely amazing. He is highly experienced and always professional. He really cares about his patients and feel so lucky to be able to call him my dentist. He always makes me feel at ease, no matter what the procedure and I wouldn’t want anyone else to look after my teeth. The Reception staff are always friendly and courteous. The Nurses are always kind and caring and likewise the Hygienists. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone and everyone. Such a wonderful team at this dental practice Jess wood the treatment co-ordinator was amazing in fitting me in promptly and very professional. The dentist Junaid made me feel at ease with his nurse they took great care of me & made my experience very much at ease he explained everything to me with great care and went though the X-ray with detail and made me relaxed and comfortable. Then the hygienist Adele & her nurse took time in explaining what I needed and made sure I was in safe hands. The reception team was friendly & I also got in promptly & no waiting around. Where do I start amazing the lovely vet that we had seen with Daisy was fabulous and made us feel at ease and made Daisy feel very relaxed as she is an old nervous girl but she has now started eating and drink after a very stressful 8 days I called the out of hour vets last night and spoke to the vet that looked after Daisy and I just thanked her for her help and Daisy is now on the mend ❤️🩹 so so grateful for your time and knowledge and support and understanding Thank you !!! Did an excellent high standard job when we had an en-suite bathroom fitted. Just over a year later we had a very minor (not urgent) leak at the shower controls. They responded and fixed the problem within a couple of hours! Excellent service and quality yet again.
