Gorgeous place. Cosy, affordable and delicious food and drink. Portion sizes are fabulous! You get a lot of tea. Decaf option was available too which was amazing ! I recommend their brownies and scones - they provide butter , cream and jam in separate pots for you to use! Amazing customer service- super friendly , affable and sweet :) thank you both đ¤

Fabulous spot. I visited here with a couple friends after doing a local hike and we were all equally impressed with Ribbles of Holmfirth. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome from the lady behind the counter (sorry I never got your name!). Great drinks, even better food, beautiful surroundings. It made a wonderful change having some older music on in the background, such a nice place to be. I had a hash stack and everything was cooked to perfection. Full of flavour and all at a great price. I was very surprised when going upstairs to the bathroom that there's another floor to sit within too. The bathroom was also clean and tidy, finished off with individual hand towels which is a very welcome addition. Overall we loved it here and will return in the future without hesitation.

Warmed up in here mid bike-ride We couldn't have had a better lunch break! The staff were so lovely: they couldn't have done enough for us, checking we had enough blankets and warm drinks. The upstairs was cozy like a homely living room, very quaintly decorated, and the toasties we had filled the spot! Thanks a lot Rubbles, highly recommended

Quirky cafe with upstairs seating as well as downstairs. They have homemade jewellery and other items for sale as well. I liked the pictures of book titles in the toilet. They also had sanitary items and nappies which is a nice touch. Small but tasty menu. We had the Greek salad and quiche. They finish serving food at 2pm. Friendly staff. They also do a breakfast menu until 11.30am.

Andy has been extremely communcative, on time, personable throughout. He removed an old soil pipe, replaced with new, re-directed exisiting basin and bath waste, installed new tiolet and toilet waste. Made good flooring in bathroom, and replaced stonework/step outside. Oustanding service, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

We had an issue with an AirBnB we run where the toilet was leaking down the wall in the room below. Andy came out straight away and managed to stop the leak. Then quickly got the parts and returned for the full fix in the gap between the next people staying. Always kept us in the loop and did a great job. Will definitely be using him again! Thanks

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. I will definitely recommend Clearwater plumbing and heating Wakefield to my friends and family and would like to thank them for an excellent job.

From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

Can't rate them highly enough. From first phone call to completion they've been helpful, professional ans friendly. We have a microbore system that's not worked since moving in. 3 other plumbers couldn't work out what to do. They came out and managed to work out what was what, find hidden manifolds and replace the bits that needed replacing so we now have heat!

Went to The Barn for the first time tonight with a group of friends. We were so impressed. Lovely quirky little restaurant with a great atmosphere. Ben and the team are so lovely and welcoming and the service was spot on. The food was absolutely gorgeous. I had prawns to start - sublime. Then steak - perfection with a sauce that was so moorish I could have eaten a whole bowl of it on its own. To finish- churros- served hot and crisp with a dusting of sugar and cinnamon and a warm dipping chocolate - just divine. The rest of our party had goats cheese salads and chicken taco starters, followed by either steaks or sea bass. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be going back. âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Had our anniversary dinner here on a cold snowy night in December. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy and the staff were very attentive. Food was fantastic, the butternut risotto was the best risotto i've ever had. Sticky toffee pudding was an additional bonus.

Was really impressed with W&P, not only for their beautiful food but also for how they looked after us a large group booking, especially dealing with the bills. Each of us had our own bill, no faffing around doing calculations, who had what, the lovely waitress had sorted it all for us, it was such a breeze. Thank you. Back to the food, there were great preorder food options for a group booking, they catered for gluten free and vegetarians well. High quality, fresh ingredients. Wow, I wanted to do something a little different for my birthday this year and the whippet and pickle didnât disappoint. I booked a bottomless brunch for 4. We had more than enough food, a brunch board and a waffle of our choosing. Excellent range of drinks. It wasnât like the usual bottomless drinks where you leave legless and hungry. We left feeling full and happy. Thank you to the waitressâ. A wonderful day with good friends, good conversation (that I could hear that wasnât drowned out by loud music) and fantastic food.

Unusual place in many ways. Decor is fun. Cosy upstairs with quite a lot of seating. Food was excellent. Every course was delicious. Didnât think Iâd manage all three but I did. Had nice local beer (canned). Tricky access. Either up a cobbled steep street or steep steps and once inside more steep steps to eating area. We needed to pay ÂŁ10 a head deposit to book but thatâs kind of nice as your meal seems cheaper on the night. Staff friendly.
