Ross Gunn is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Not cheap, but definitely the best. I have been under his care for 10 years and I've never been in any pain or discomfort. He has a very pleasant and relaxed manner. The team of hygienists are excellent too.

I was referred to Ross by my dentist for his specialist knowledge and expertise in dealing with my particular dental issues and health concerns. Like most people a visit to the dentist isn't something I relish but Ross was compassionate and reassuring and was able to adapt procedures to my specific needs ensuring I was comfortable and safe at all times. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the result. I can't praise him enough. Highly recommend.

I went to several so called professional and established dental surgeries only to find they were after one thing.. my money, they didn't really care about me. That is until I found Gunn Dental practice. I needed serious dental work due to neglect from my previous dentist, I also needed someone I could trust. From the very first meeting I could tell Ross cared about me as a person, I finally felt like I was in the best possible hands. I felt so relieved and emotional at the same time. They are so professional and efficient, everything is explained clearly. If you want a dental practice to care for you as a person and treat you as an individual, then this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this place enough! Seriously Ross, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have helped me smile again!

I thought the service was really good. Ross was very knowledgeable and described the procedure as he went along, which I thought was very interesting. All the staff were very pleasant also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise . After some treatments they also followed up with a telephone call to make sure everything was ok .

This is my third year as a patient of Gunn Dental Care and Implant Centre. During this time I needed four implants and other essential treatment, which Dr Ross Gunn has personally carried out professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I therefore strongly recommend the Centre, especially to patients who have other health issues, where Dr Gunn and his devoted and friendly team will provide first class care in a very relaxed atmosphere. I've been taking my cat Bertie since August 2022 as a tiny kitten. He's been there on and off every month for one thing and another since that time, this last 8 months have been hard as he was diagnosed with hip displacia, especially this last week! I cannot thank Katherine his main vet and all the team for all their care, and going the extra mile for him and kindness. If I could give more stars 🌟 I would. Massive thank .. you all deserve it

I have got to know this wonderful vets over the last few months as the charity I foster cats with use them. I absolutely cannot fault them, whether an injection, check over, microchip or major operation every single member of staff is polite and friendly. They clearly care a lot about animals and treat each pet with compassion and love. No question or query is ever too much trouble for them and they have helped put my mind at rest as a new cat fosterer. When my plan ends with the vet I use for my own cats comes to an end later in the year, I want to move them to LVC as I know they will be in excellent hands.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.

This place is incredible! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and pleasant atmosphere. This place is such a gem!! We have tried their usual menu during the day which is great, but once a month they do an evening supper club and it is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! We went this month and I have no idea how, but the corn was the most incredible thing I have ever tasted in my life. I literally haven't stopped thinking about it and it was only corn. All of the courses were to die for, and it was all vegan!!!! Such an amazing place. Only downside is it's pretty inconvenient to get there by public transport :(, definitely recommend car or taxi

Great Turkish eggs, and a generous avocado on toast with extra eggs. Tucked away behind a wedding venue, across from some beautiful woods for a walk or run, this is a perfect spot for refreshment. The food is really quite excellent, but it's a shame the tea comes only by the cup; no pots.

Avocado on sourdough with beetroot hummus and vine tomatoes. Superb quality, very tasty and filling. Large portion for me. Cakes are brilliant, lots of choices. Really enjoy this venue, staff are quick to respond, providing a very pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Oh yes, and the music is rather good too, adds to the ambience! Long may it continue. Very well run establishment.

Unbelievable food. Like you would never imagine the standard of food and presentation to be this high for small bites on a Sunday afternoon. Quick service and friendly staff too. I couldn't ask for a better , more thorough vet than Emily Legate. The surgery is amazing and the staff are highly knowledgeable and very reasonably priced which is an added bonus but ultimately I use this veterinary surgery because I had a years worth of unsolved issues with my prescious boys ear, in one visit we had swabs taken then discovered he had a deformed ear canal in the offending ear , then he was booked in swiftly for an ear flush under anesthetic, Emily filmed the ear canal and debris in it ,for me to better understand the situation with his ear. I can't praise these guys enough and they have my recommendation to any one who wants caring, thorough up to date and highly trained veterinary care . It's a big thumbs up from me and Roman dog. I wish I could put 10 stars !!

I'd just had a bad experience with another vet practice (not in Otley). I was nervous about trying another after moving, but I couldn't have felt more reassured. The staff were so lovely! I wasn't rushed, the vet went out of their way to make my cat feel comfortable, and gave me lots of great advice. So grateful to have such caring, professional and reasonably priced vet practice nearby who truly put animals before all else. Can't recommend them enough.

I absolutely love this vet. It's independent and works with the owner to care for their ill animal. It's not just about money. The vets are very nice and the receptionist always books me in very quickly. She also deals with me freaking out over email quite a few times (sorry but thank you). I really love this little vet practice. It's how all vets should be run.

The best vets all the family has had the pleasure of using. The prices are very reasonable, ample parking at the side/rear of the surgery. Appointments can be booked in advance and also given same day or within a day or two upon phoning. We have over the years had to use the out of hours service for the dogs and we are always impressed with the high quality of service provided. We are always kept informed if any of the animals have to stop overnight or have been in for day surgery. We would not take our animals anywhere other than cross green vets !

After waking up to find my 23 year old African Grey very weak and in respiratory distress I rang round trying to find an emergency avian vet appointment. After being advised he needed to go into hospital we made the trip to Holly House. Everybody was amazing, explaining everything, keeping us informed about his progress and the cost at all times. I was happy he was in good hands. He made a rapid recovery and I would like to thank everyone for taking care of him.

My dog Wally was very poorly and we almost lost him with a pneumonia and stomach issue. These are the best vets I've ever been to. Communication was clear/objective, and the caring is in the little things they did, like a nurse running to Tesco to get tuna to get him to eat at least something. Shout out to Francisco, Jenny, Katrina, Cathy, Tom, Dan and the ones I didn't get the name of. Everyone was outstanding.

Great little Italian restaurant. Good basic menu with pizzas, pasta and some more traditional Italian mains. But tbh we all ordered from the specials board, so if they haven't got something on the main menu don't be put off. It was fish heavy. Which I love and I went with the lobster ravioli but it was nearly the halibut with butter sauce. The desserts were lovely too. I heard the bread and butter pudding ( not so Italian) was amazing but my tiramisu hit the spot. Bran dy after and a tad over £100 for 2 starters, 3 mains 3 desserts and glass of wine and 4 soft drinks. Will definitely visit again. Lovely staff, really lovely feeling to the place.

This beautiful little place offers the finest Italian food I have ever eaten. I have been all over this country, the mediteranian and the world. No competition! Marco who is from the paradise Island of Sardinia, who we have known for many years is simply fantastico! His family, brought up in North Leeds complement the amazing family atmosphere. You cannot fault the friendliness, the food and the service! A hidden treasure in Adel. Freshly made italian food without the fuss. Starters we had were Focaccia and mixed Bruschetta. Both were very tasty. Mains of gnocchi and risotto were not so good but the cannoli & orange cake made up for this. Relaxed atmosphere. Give it a try.

I went with a friend, we had an amazing brunch! Savena was super friendly and welcomed us very well! Sara took our order and made sure everything came to us correctly. I enjoyed Irish coffee.To eat, I ordered a Croque Madame, but without the prosciutto. Chef Matt was very thoughtful in preparing the order without the prosciutto and it was delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and sooo beautiful, perfect for a coffee with a friend or to take the family. We had a lovely time there, I’m exited to come back soon!

Had the afternoon tea here via a Groupon and it was absolutely amazing left feeling full and the mimosa was lovely. Fresh tasty food and amazing vibes with the neon light and pretty atmosphere. Me and my partner eat here often. They always have amazing cafe food and coffee and the staff have always been great and friendly. The veggie breakfast and jacket potatoes are always good. They always go above to cater for my gluten allergy and I love their banana bread. I recently had the tea for two experience with me and my mum, and it was fantastic - they did gluten free options for me and were really good and probably the best tea for two I’ve had! Would definately recommend.

I had pre booked an afternoon tea for my sisters birthday, and when we arrived we were not disappointed. The external was welcoming and clean, and we were greeted within seconds of walking in the door. We were seated quickly by very friendly staff who had asked about our day, and made sure we had everything we needed. Once the beautifully presented afternoon tea arrived, we were totally suprised at what was actually on it. We were thinking the usual type sandwiches, but nope, it was beautiful Mediterranean foods, an array of colours and packed full of flavour. Throughout the time we were there, staff were happily chatting to customers coming through the door, but also cleaning and ensuring the shop looked spit-spot. Absolutely made our 1st trip to Leeds a delight, accompanied by much needed sunshine to brighten the day.

Lovely atmosphere and great place to go for brunch and catch up with friends. Hot drinks were really good, the food was very tasty and it’s a very instagramable place and plates! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the waffles! It felt they were warmed up and not fresh. But I will definitely go back 😃

Popped in for coffee, while I waited for my wife to have her eye operation, but ended up having a very nice breakfast indeed - it's not very often I'm in this neck of the woods living out York way, but with the wife going in for eye surgery at a local hospital and a wait of a couple of hours, no point in travel back home to turn round an come straight back. Thats why the coffee hunt, so glad I did - good strong coffee with a very nice eggs royale, on an english muffin. Spot on and service was excellent

First time today with my daughter. I must say the food truly exceeded my expectation. It was very busy at the time and we were told to wait outside with the outdoor heating on. We were given a table inside fairly quickly. Not many cafes would do Turkish eggs and I’ve tried this at 3 different cafes and by far House of Koko is by far the best. The bread came with it was thick and fluffy. We’ll definitely be back again!

We visited on the day they were releasing their new menu and the food was absolutely unreal. So beautiful and so tasty. They have nailed it! I had the smashed peas. Everyone working was so lovely and one of the chefs even came out to deliver a sauce and explained what was in it and a bit about the food. Can tell they were excited about the new menu and for good reason. Can’t recommend it enough.
