We’ve accidentally cracked our electric hob and Adam could have not been of more help and saved us pretty quickly! Prior to him coming round to install it, he helped me assess if the replacement I’ve picked will work, walking me carefully through the things he will need to successfully carry out the job. He was really helpful, considerate and so thorough at responding and keeping in touch. We were really pleased with his work and will definitely be contacting him in future if we require further electrical works done in our home!
Adam visited to fault find and resolve the issue, and he did so with exceptional professionalism. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and potential electrical work we might need in the future. Adam went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend his services!
Adam is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We had an emergency call out on a Saturday morning and his prices were competitive and he was very transparent about the costs. He very clearly explained what he had found to be the problem and what investigations he had done. He also gave options for a future long term solution but ensured we had electricity and heating back in the house before he left. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
Adam was very great and took time to explain what the issue was . The most impressive thing about Adam was how supportive he was. He was always on time and I was never anxious as to of he would turn up. Would highly recommend this young man.
