I go here roughly once a month. Initially the food was great, big juicy wings with crispy coating and tasty sauce. More recently however the wings are really small, the sauce flavours are good though, and the cauliflower poppers are great. Most importantly though on my recent visit no one acknowledged me entering, and the staff continued to chat about a night out for about 10 minutes whilst my food was going cold on the side. I find customer service to be very important, and left feeling underwhelmed and unwanted. Just a 'hello, we'll be with you shortly' would suffice.
