Excellent evening spa experience. We came here for our wedding anniversary and had great time. We had back ritual and Meg and Beth were both excellent. The dinner was also amazing. I really want to say well done for the option of night spa experience,as it is a great opportunity to celebrate in style even though if you are working during the day. We will back again.

A fantastic hotel and spa, perfect for romantic breaks, a meal out, parties and weddings. The Heritage Suite provides a great space for weddings and functions. Plenty of on site parking. The staff are so friendly and happy to help, they really make you feel welcome.

What a lovely venue. Here for a private party supping DJ, Singer and Sound & Lights. Our Meal are fault less,the best roast potatoes I've had in a long time. The staff are so helpful. Hope to come back again very soon.

Hamstead house, ls beautiful. The suite we had was amazing and extremely clean. Robes and sliders provided. Drinks facilties in our suite were clean, and a great selection of refreshments. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The food was amazing, and the restaurants and bars were spotless. Nothing was too much trouble to all the staff. the pool area, steam,spa, and locker room are all very clean. The spa treatment area is warm, inviting, and very relaxing. The treatments l received from Megan were amazing. We have already booked our return visit. Thank you all. we had a great time.

My friend and I did the spa day on a Saturday here. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the aromatherapy facial was amazing, and the 2 course lunch also really good quality food (recommend the chicken salad and the ice cream). The spa was really fancy but smaller than I had thought, as it is all in one big room, a big pool and a jacuzzi and a very mini steam room and sauna, though it all looks really beautiful. Also there are only 3 loungers for the whole area which aren't that comfy and otherwise some hard backed chairs quite close to the pool. You get a robe and slippers and towel to spend the day in. I would go again especially for the treatments and food.
