Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alex, really impressed with the service I have had from ALN. I was put in touch with them through a group work insurance for emergency cover (broken boiler) so had no prior knowledge of the company but I’m so grateful to have found them! Alex was so friendly and helpful, explained everything and even worked around me having to duck out from work. He went above and beyond to get my hot water back on and didn’t just forget about the job once he left; he’s followed up to make sure the problem is resolved.
