I worked with Tichea when she co-ordinated, at Oastbrook Vineyard, a styled shoot. She had come up with the concept and, luckily for me, approached me to be the Celebrant on the day for the ceremony. What an amazing weekend we had in Cambridge for my sisters Hen Weekend. Punting was brilliant, Harry was very informative. Cocktail Making was a blast, everyone enjoyed mixing their own cocktail and playing games. The music in the venue was brilliant too!! Out Hotel was amazing and a great location close to the train station. Then only a short walk or cab/bus into the city centre. This is all thanks to Lauren for organising our trip and making it the best weekend for my sister. Thank you. 100% recommended Freedom for any event.

Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working. Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. The day itself couldn’t have gone as well without Zeleka, Sophia and Grace. They were professional, treated our guests with care and made sure that everyone was informed about what was going on. I’m a Project Manager in my day to day and so I truly didn’t think I would be able to fully relax on the wedding day but I was definitely able to and had the most perfect day. Zeleka and The Wedding Coordinators went so far above and beyond for our wedding, that I am not sure we have the superlatives to describe how incredible they were. From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice for our special day. Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go from TWC. They met us at our chosen venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the Kew Gardens team, and we were deeply impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. They worked closely with the incredible Events Team at Kew to organise the day for every single supplier, down to the minute. They even prepared all the finer details like floor, meal and seating plans. Honestly it was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence. In the final week before the wedding, all of our suppliers received their itinerary and schedule. Having seen the contents of these packs we were staggered by how detailed everything was. Every single supplier had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. Working with some of our suppliers was not an easy task, each one had unique requirements and some needed more hand holding than others. TWC took it all in their stride and ensured every supplier had what they needed for the day to be successful. As we drew closer to the day Zeleka kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. She let us know what she and her team needed from us ahead of the day, so we had ample time to prepare and supply it. The process felt very manageable, comprehensive and we felt as though nothing had been forgotten. From cake knives to heel protectors, seating plans to bubble guns, it all had been considered. We leaned on the TWC team also with a few personal requests, nothing was too big of an ask and Zeleka was happy to work our requirements into the plan for the day. Now, if the service leading up to the day was a ten out of ten, the performance on the day itself was a million out of ten. The day kicked off with TWC being in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. This allowed myself and my wife to focus on getting ready and just enjoying our day. I arrived at the venue first and it was clear that all the prep and planning had paid off, every single supplier was primed and in place to help deliver the most wonderful day for us. When my wife arrived everyone was in place for her to do her aisle walk, quartet, best man, flower girls - everything went so perfectly. The team also did such a fantastic job organising our families, getting them in place and comfortable for the ceremony, the photos and receptions. When my wife and I were taken to do our photos, we were accompanied by Grace from TWC who made sure we ran on time and looked after all the small details whilst we were away from our guests, from dress fixer to champagne and phone holder. The reception dinner, cake cutting and first dance all went off without a hitch. The whole thing ran like a Swiss watch, and if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends. We honestly can't express how appreciative we are of Zeleka and the team, we certainly could not have done it without all their incredible help. We would recommend The Wedding Coordinators to anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.

From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great! Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! They not only did a spectacular job but they also look the part too! Best decision I ever made was hiring Zeleka and her team! Will 100% recommend as a necessity to all wedding couples!

Myself and my wife used Focus events for our wedding almost a week ago, and they were fantastic! Dean was our DJ, he took lots of time and care to make sure we had covered our music choices for all the special moments throughout the day (Ceremony entrance, signing, ceremony exit, cocktail hour, cake cut, first dance etc and then all our music for the evening. They visited the venue in advance to make sure the set up was adequate, stayed in really close contact with myself and my (now) wife throughout the process, and most importantly played some amazing tunes for the evening! Cannot recommend Focus Events enough, strongly advise you consider them for your wedding they did everything we expected and more! Thank you Dean!

Focus Events were brilliant from start to finish. So we had a bit of a complicated situation for our wedding as we had hired some decorations from another company and they didn’t let us cancel once we realised their arrangements weren’t suitable for us. So to enable us to use both their decorations and also Focus Event’s own, we had to ask Focus Events to pick up the rental decorations and drop them off for us in the evening. We also asked them to remove the decorations from the wedding venue and set them up for the evening reception within the space of 3-4 hours. During the time they had to work around issues with unannounced contractors blocking the loading bay as well. This meant an extremely long and gruelling day for Fay and Jess, the dream team and they were extremely helpful throughout. Firstly they offered very generous / competitive rates so that our mistake with the other company didn’t deprive us of the wedding of our dreams. They started their actual day at around 5:30am and finished after 10:30pm on the wedding day. They arrived on time and set up a beautiful setup for the wedding day including their items and the items from the other company. They worked around all the issues they had and delivered a beautiful reception. Fay and Jess were hugely attentive throughout especially the evening part of the reception. They looked after everyone with their awesome selfie booth and regularly checked in with myself and the Bride offering to get us drinks so we could relax in the evening. At the end at 10:30 they helped deliver the hire items from the other company back to the hotel so that we could promptly return them to them the following morning. All in all an exceptional service from a lovely family company who deserve to do really well in the Wedding space. They were friendly, attentive, helpful and always offered solutions to the problems we encountered during the planning. Thanks again Fay and Jess for your help with the wedding you were both exceptional and we will never forget you.

Amazing team at Focus Events so friendly & efficient ! My daughter had the best 13th birthday all thanks to them 🙌🏻 we hired the DJ, blow up Photo Booth and popcorn/candy floss cart and it did not disappoint 🤗 She had the best night, DJ played all her song requests and more and the team even helped us tidy at the end ☺️ Thank you to Jess, Fay & Dean xx

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Do yourself a favour if you are planning a wedding, hire Rebecca!
