Fabulous! Friendly and pleasant Staff. Lydia the Vet was nice, kind and knowledgable. We are very local, so it was a lovely bonus to be able to get there quickly. We were fitted in and seen promptly. The surgery itself is clean and welcoming. I have owned cats for over 50 years and visited many, many Vets in that time. This has to be one of the best. Thanks all.

Went with my mum and her pet dog Smudge a rescue, he was very nervous. The vet was excellent, he was gentle and calming, by the time we left Smudge (and mum) were at ease,this made what could have been a traumatic visit as relaxed as possible..Thankyou to the lovely receptionist and fab vet.

So far so good! Only had a few visits for annual jabs and check ups,all good. One "emergency" on a Saturday, phoned, very helpful on the phone and fitted us in straight away, a check and anti inflammatory medication followed, no further follow up needed, but again very helpful. To add to our review, sadly lost our dog to a brain tumor, the care and effort of all the staff we dealt with was second to none. We ended up taking her to the Sutterton branch (due to being able to keep her overnight on a drip and closely monitor her) where she finally gave up her battle. The following morning we had a call from the Freiston vet saying how sorry she was to hear that she didn't make it, and what a lovely dog she was. May seem unimportant to some people, but meant a lot to us. I would say that as a company, they went above and beyond expectations. We continue to use them with both of our current dogs and have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

Took my great dane for his booster today. Saw Ionia the lovely Romanian vet,she was my choice for the appointment. I was seen promptly and Salvador my dog had his booster and she said he looks well looked after and I am doing a good job caring for him. We always use Freiston vet centre and my dog is always happy to see the nurses and vets there. I highly recommend this veterinary surgery ,always a pleasure to visit ,warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them Yvette De Gruter Silveira

Hand on heart the best vets I’ve ever visited in the northeast The vet took time to help me understand what was going on with my dog she wasn’t frightened of him as most are when they come into contact with him and best of all Genuinely seems to like her. Will not be going anywhere else!

I would like to thank all the nurses and vets that took care of my Lola… she went in a very poorly dog but thanks to everyone for the pure dedication and brilliant care for the 4 nights she was in there she is now back home and back to herself… I couldn’t recommend these people enough.. thank you all so much

I can’t explain how grateful I am for the sutterton vets. Ivy (my dog) was in urgent need of a pyometra surgery. Sutterton took no time whatsoever to get her in to the surgery room after diagnosis. Nina was so kind and caring, kept me and my fiancée updated throughout the process and helped us so much. Marcos was so kind and loving. He was the one to show me Ivy when I wanted to visit her after the operation and she looked a million times better. He reassured me that she was looking and doing better. The whole process from coming in and being greeted by the reception staff to picking up Ivy after surgery was so smooth and like I said I couldn’t be more thankful. Ivy is now home in recovery, she’s already much brighter and more playful. I couldn’t believe what it would be to loose her. She’s my little soldier and it’s good to have her back. I thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.
