Very thorough first appointment for my kitten. Vet Mary Wong is a lovely lady. Very caring and kind. Spent time answering my questions and offering advice. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Very highly recommended!

We have seen several vets and vet nurses (Rachel, Mary & Caroline) at this practice for my cats and I can’t recommend them enough. All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. We really feel like our pets are in safe hands here and are grateful to have found this practice.

Nothing but great things to say about Catherine and Rachael they have been nothing but supportive and professional with our dog, I’m not sure we’d be where we are today if it wasn’t for them. Hector loves his time at the vets even though it has been a rough ride ❤️
