Took my dog to have her annual vaccinations.. I was running late so telephoned to inform them. The receptionist was lovely and advised me the vet would still see my dog. The vet was lovely, asked if there was any concerns at all.I would 100% recommend broad lane vets

My elderly pet was seen at short notice, the receptionist managed to speak with the vet and although not a life threatening condition they felt it would be better to be seen sooner. The vet examined thoroughly, and I didn’t feel rushed with my questions. They gave me and my pet lots of reassurance and I left with appropriate medication to help my pet recover.

I have used Broad Lane vets for over 5 years. However they've been the family vet for many years. My eldest dog has had various medical issues since Feb this year, and they have done everything they possibly can to treat him and care for him and me, often in some difficult times. They are now also looking after our second rescue who is 5 and has just had his first set of vaccinations. Our vet for Percy is Alison Mc and I want to say a massive thank you for all she does for Percy. Would highly recommend, due to the caring kind nature of the staff and the clear and abundant love they have for animals.

Have been with broad lane vets for about 5 years now and have always been happy with the care throughout with both my cats. Always accommodating with appointments and got one booked same day when needed an emergency. My kitten also had his neutering done recently which went really well and had lots of fuss during his short stay! Will definitely recommend Broad Lane Vets!

Todays visit helped our poor benjis foot problem, the vet we saw ( we didn’t get her name ) was really lovely and helpful and went above and beyond by treating and listening to many more questions I had and putting me at ease with everything . She shaved his foot and clipped his nails and was really attentive to benji who we know isn’t the easiest dog to handle 😂😂 but she was amazing !!
