It is a bit confusing when you phone up and they answer with ‘East Grinstead’ when you are expecting Southgate but the service was great and Claire the vet very knowledgeable and reassuring
Love this practice and my vet is a really lovely, passionate and caring lady who is a ray of sunshine everytime. I came here after medivet unnecessarily drugged, misdiagnosed then killed my previous cat and then tried to overcharge me and upsell her cremation 3 minutes after her dying in my arms! To say this vets is completely different is an understatement. If you’re looking for a place that loves animals more than than making money come here where you also won’t be charged the earth.
This vet is one in a million, extremely caring to not only the patients but to their owners as well. I hope that this veterinary practice can financially carry on and not have to be taken over, like so many other practices in the area. I would definitely recommend this Vetinary practice.
