We had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Weller on Saturday after the staff trying their upmost best to help him. No one could of done anything more. The staff on Saturday will be forever in our hearts for the care and compassion they showed to Weller and us.Thank you for everything. The sympathy card we received today was much appreciated.

Really good vets. Thank you Verity for looking after my four rabbits over the last couple of days. An amazing vet. Very knowledgable and caring even under hard circumstances. So sorry I didn’t get the receptionists name but she was a real joy to talk too… very friendly and it’s clear she loves the pets that are brought in. This was Wednesday and Thursday evening this week. Thank you both

16/12 they currently have a cake sale on with proceeds going towards strays Review is long overdue, I'd rate them 4.5 stars overall: - staff are great, especially Josh & Blonde Lady on reception - any appointments we've had have been good and worthwhile - vets and the non 'vet' staff who work on the animals are very informative and receptive to being asked questions Some points to improve: - pricing isn't always clear from the onset, and sometimes there's items in a bill which are recommended which you the customer should discuss in more detail with the vets. Note I don't think the prices are worse than any other vets, just not always clear without that discussion - I bring two pets in but am unable to bring them together so I always book separate appointments. I think there's an issue with the system that sees I've booked two appointments and cancels the later one without telling me. But overall a great vets, I'll certainly continue to use going forward

Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.
