Amazing. Can't fault one part of their process. Emergency visit during a weekend night for a dog struggling to breathe. Faultless service with them and couldn't ask for better reassurance and information both in person and over the phone. The 5th star is for a follow up call to see how he was doing later the following day...can't recommend them enough.
A very caring and supportive team. I was able to call for advice and based on that advice got my guinea pig booked in and seen that day. The whole team that we meet that day were helpful, friendly and supportive.
