Amazing. Can't fault one part of their process. Emergency visit during a weekend night for a dog struggling to breathe. Faultless service with them and couldn't ask for better reassurance and information both in person and over the phone. We had to visit the East Midlands branch last night as our collie had a nasty cut on her face.
