Reassuring visit for my boys biannual health check (part of the health plan). Reception staff excellent and friendly. Vet Tom listened to my concerns regarding my Dog. Examined him and apart from watching his weight (Lab) all was well.

Had a couple of appointments with Tom at the practice as he was the only Vet nearby that was able to issue fit to fly certificates & paperwork for both of our cats, to travel to the US. Every member of staff at the practice has always been very friendly, accommodating & reassuring throughout the whole process. The receptionists are golden, they're so friendly & the lady I spoke to on a few occasions to organise all of the appointments for vaccinations, paperwork etc, really went over & above for us, more than she needed to but she was more than happy to do so. I really can't recommend the practice enough. I also thought it was really nice that they had a separate open waiting area for cats & dogs.

It was a very worrying time when my cat was admitted with a fractured leg/hernia. The staff were so caring and compassionate. They have telephoned me twice daily, allowing me to visit whenever I could. The team are fantastic and have taken time out to update me with any slight change. It’s been very reassuring knowing he’s in safe hands and receiving first class care/treatment. I can’t thank the wonderful team enough. Highly recommend!

Always welcoming, caring and efficient. My dog had to have a follow up blood test due to high calcium levels. Her Vet phoned me while i was on my way home to let me know everything was fine. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else, been with them for 29 years!
