Erica and the team genuinely care- I am really grateful to them for their compassion and dedication to my dog who sadly passed away on new years day. One of my most comforting memories is seeing Baxter sitting with the staff on reception, enjoying all their attention and love! I didn’t feel any procedures were carried out unnecessarily, and even though his difficulties were too severe to recover from, their kindness to us in our grief was much appreciated.

Erica and her colleague came to our home to euthanise our beloved ridgeback at the end of his long and happy life. I was distraught, but their compassion and reassurance made the process as palatable as it could possibly be given the circumstances. We have used this vets for a number of years and cannot fault them. They clearly love animals and make a big fuss of our two new pups when we take them in. Highly recommend 🩵

I love these vets. We had a poorly cat today, with an ongoing problem (osteoarthritis). He was really suffering this morning. All Creatures fitted us in as an emergency - then looked after our beloved moggy all day, with bloods, sedation and xray all for a very reasonable price. We felt very cared for by all staff and we now know what’s wrong as well as how to keep him happy. Thank you to the brilliant team at All Creatures. Best vets / practice ever. 🧡🐈‍⬛

We have been struggling to find a friendly and caring vet since my lovely lily attack/incident. It was our first appointment yesterday and all staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They put our mind at rest and explained everything so clearly and they really showed they cared about our lily. I believe her name was harper our vet. She was absolutely incredible. I’m so glad we changed vets and came to all creatures. They are fantastic and they have really put my mind at ease. I am so grateful for everyone who works there for your service! Thank you so much for all your help everyone. Amazing!!! X

Erica and the team took amazing care of our kitten when she got sick before the easter. As a first time pet owner her being sick was very overwhelming but the team were outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for the care she received I would highly recommend this vets.
