Ric from Platinum Facias did exactly what he said he would, he turned up on time, fitted the facias, guttering and dry verges to both gable ends. He left the site clean and tidy and was professional at all times. Any repairs that were needed to the original woodwork were carried out as necessary, prior to replacing the facia board. Why can’t all trades people be like this? What a refreshing change!!

Had my roof lining repaired, initially it looked like a small batch repair would fix my leak however, on further discovery the extent of the damage was much more broad than just an isolated area. John and his team were open and honest about the issues that required attention, they didn't want to leave the property without making sure it was going to fix the problem. We then came to an agreement to fix the now much larger job, I can appreciate this created a logistical nightmare as this was thrown on them unexpectedly. John and his team were able to complete all the work in within a week despite the challenging weather conditions, have full confidence with the quality of work the problem will be fixed for years to come and I now have peace of mind with the 10 years guarantee.

From the initial inspection I was very impressed with the professional manner in which the property was examined by use of a drone and then pictures shown. The work was then completed in the same manner and I can fully recommend this company .

True professionals! When Gary and Ben turned up to look at the job to give me a quote I could tell they were very professional. After agreeing a quote and speaking to Gary in length to answer any of my questions we agreed a date for the work to start. Day One - The weather was dreadful, stormy winds etc, I was expecting them not to turn up but they turned up on time hopeful of wind coming from a different direction etc. Unfortunately the weather got worse but fair play to them for still travelling from Boston. Day Two/Day Three - The weather had improved and completed the work as promised. The work they carried out was to remove and dispose my old felt roof, insulate and install new fibreglass roof, new skylight and new fascias/guttering. The work they have done is excellent and to a very high standard. Plus they required access via a private driveway which was agreed prior. They washed down and left all the work areas spotless. The price was the same as what was quoted! Both Gary and Ben are gentlemen, very polite and very professional in everything they do. I would recommend Advantage Fibreglass Roofing to anyone, excellent company! You will not find a better in Lincolnshire!
