Mark discussed the work required to repair a redundant chimney. He clearly explained what was needed with pictures to support this. He communicated well throughout the process. The work was completed promptly to a high standard at a fair price. I would highly recommend Marlite to others a will be using them again for further work.

Mark fitted a new 'manthorpe' dry ridge system to our property. He came and quoted, we accepted and promptly arranged a date. We found Mark to be a great communicator, trustworthy, and provided all videos of the works completed (both before and after). We wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again and would recommend him for those looking for a genuine and reliable roofer.

Mark arrived when he said that he would, and was friendly and polite. He checked out the area where the sites were loose, took photos/video from roof level so I could see the problem and discussed the cost to fix it. Once Mark had finished the job he took pictures of the completed work, for me to view before payment. Great work, no mess left and I’m very happy customer.

Mark and Chris were absolutely great fixing my leaky chimney stack. Mark took pictures and videos all the way through doing the job, it's so great to find a roofer who does such a great job and taking their time explaining things, I'll just add here that this job needed fixing after the shocking job that ELK roofing & construction did to my roof absolute cowboys ELK roofing is and how they get away with it is highway robbery.
