The team did a brilliant job fixing the issue I was having with my roof. They sorted the problem quickly and were friendly and professional throughout. I’m really pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Ark Roofing.

Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

The team have done an excellent job fixing our roof - they went above and beyond to repair the valley guttering / flashing on our roof - showing us drone footage throughout so we could see what they were doing. Left everywhere clean and tidy and scaffolding taken down quickly! Can't recommend enough. 5 stars from us!

Heartily recommend Slater & Myles - we needed a full re-roof due to the age and condition of our 60s house and the whole experience was top rate. Quoted well from the off, with a full written quote rather than a spitball verbal figure, turned up on time and worked like troopers, finished when they said they would and did a fantastic job - it looks brilliant with some really elegant choices they made. The roof was in worse condition underneath than expected but they just cracked on, it needed two new beams but they just charged for material and not the extra labour. Very reasonable costs as well, which meant we elected to have the fascias etc redone at the same time within our budget. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I initially contacted Slater and Myles roofing LTD to provide me with a quote for a full roof replacement on my Victorian terraced home. Their communication was absolutely excellent from day one, and they arrived very quickly to provide us with a very well priced quote, alongside their comments on the condition of the roof and what they'd suggest. We decided to proceed with Slater and Myles and I'm extremely grateful that we did! The team were all extremely well presented, organised and always on time, their conduct throughout out of the whole process was immaculate. There wasn't the usual swearing or lingering smell of cigarettes etc. Every single worker was polite and extremely helpful and grateful for the drinks etc. Every single day they were on time, there wasn't any surprising extra costs being forced upon us etc.They always made sure that the site was cleaned up and safe after the day, this was particularly important within our shared yard with our neighbours who have a young baby, plus we habe a dog ourselves. John and Terry were the 2 in particular who carried out the works and the end product is to a very high standard. They both take extreme pride in their work, this was reflected by them even cleaning the gutters out after the work was finished! They were that good that even my neighbours have all commented on how friendly, respectful and professional they were throughout of the whole process, alongside commenting on the high standard of work that they have performed. I couldn't be any happier with the work. If you want a rushed, poor job then these guys aren't for you, but if you want top quality craftsmanship for an extremely good price then you'll certainly find that with these guys. I couldn't recommend them enough. They deserve every single cup of tea and every single biscuit that you provide them.

After being let down by a previous roofer, we contacted James, who came when he said he would to look at what was needed, gave a very reasonable price for the work and booked us in very quickly. He ordered all the materials needed to complete the job, came on time and worked very hard in the rain, work is to very high standard, we are absolutely delighted and can't thank you enough. James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Luke and Jordon as both of them have been amazing. Luke responded to a call to try to make right what a previous workperson had made an awful mess of with respect to my ridge tiles on my detached dormer bungalow. After a week the mortar started to fall off, and by June everything had fallen off. Worry set in as to the winter coming . Luke fully understood the implications of the problem I’d been left with. So, he came round with Jordon a month ago- they worked early morning to early evening , supplied with sausage rolls and a baguette each and on demand tea. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about the roof and what was needed. He used a new substance and the reviews are very good. Their workmanship, attention to safety and care and thoughtfulness was brilliant. He even went over and above putting some slipped tiles back into place. What a treat it was to have professionals like them around. And how nice were they with my collie pup? Very. When finished they cleaned up and it was as if they had never been here. Spotless! All I can say is that I would highly recommend the company to anyone. They are top class, take pride in their work, reliable and honest. Good price too. Luke has just finished replacing my whole roof and it looks amazing. I was given a full quote, which was itemised. I was informed about everything that was happening and when. In addition they cleaned up any debris left from the work and leave as though they haven't been. Luke was recommended to me by 2 different people that I work with and their opinions are held in high regard - they weren't wrong. I would 100% recommend Webster roofing services.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

We have had John do a few jobs over the years, he's very polite and knowledgeable in all areas of work he does. Recently we required his expert help again as our flat roof had sprung a leak, not only was he quick to quote he also patched our roof to stop further damage until he got around to coming and replacing it. I have to say we are extremely satisfied with our new fibreglass roof, the workmanship is top class. We highly recommend john and we will carry on keep using him that's for sure.

Ashbrook dispatched an order very promptly, but when it arrived, a couple of items were past the 'use-by' date. I sent an email with photo, pointing this out, and was given an immediate refund for them - Thank you Amy! This is brilliant service and I can see why they get, and deserve, all the 5 star reviews.

Very good company excellent to deal with. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.

Tania is a credit to the company, she has sorted out my delivery issues without any hassle and has gone above and beyond to make sure this customer is happy, so much so that I am about to place a repeat order for more Black Ice gravel. The company, its staff and products are without doubt amazing.

Phil and his team replaced the roofs, fascia's and soffits to our house and garage. They worked through ice and snow, but persisted and were always cheerful and polite. We were kept fully informed at all stages. They have done an excellent job, to a high standard. Phil used Crescent Scaffolding and they similarly did a great job through awful conditions! We are very pleased with the roofing work that Phil and his team have done.

Phil and his team recently removed, insulated and put a new membrane on our leaky stone roof before relaying the stones. They ensured that the stones matched in thickness and size so that there wouldn’t be any issues in the future. The team were really hard working and friendly, they explained what they were doing and why and kept me updated. They even turned up when it was snowing and did what they could. I’m honestly so pleased I found Phil and his team and I recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with the new roof fitted by Phil and his team. They were very professional throughout the project. The team were all on site for 5 days a week, ensuring that the work was completed in good time. They took care to do all the complicated parts thoroughly and ensured that no rain got into the loft space. They kept a tidy site and were very pleasant to have around. I felt confident to trust the experience and advice of Phil and his team and look forward to many years of having a trouble-free roof.
