Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

Simon and his team were great throughout. Replaced our roor which was was in sore need of attention. Really pleased with the results and they dealt with a few snags very quickly. Excellent tradesmen - would recommend.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I found Dan on Google after a few failed attempts at getting someone to come and redo the roof on my garage and replace my soffits and fascias. Dan was professional from the outset. He was prompt to come out and the quote he gave was extremely competitive. Although Dan was fully booked at the time, he kept in touch with me to let me know when he was available to come and do the work. Having had a number of companies either not turn up or quote extortionate prices, it was a relief to experience such a professional and reassuring approach. The work itself was completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard. This included the fitting of new PVC fascia, soffits, gutters, pipes and dry verge system on the house, plus new PVC fascias, gutters and installation of a Firestone rubber roof on the garage. All the old roofing and fascia waste was taken away and the area was left clean and tidy once the work had been completed. Dan and his dad were fantastic throughout the process and I could not recommend them highly enough!

Great to have the job done by professionals who take great pride in the quality of their work. The main job was replacing the lead flashing around the chimney of our Victorian terrace but they also replaced the flaunching which had been done very poorly recently by someone else, repaired some roof battens and replaced some slates. All work was of an excellent standard and Lee's lead work is outstanding. They were punctual, very polite and friendly and worked hard. Highly recommended.

Lee has done a number of jobs at our property, the latest (Oct 2020) being rebuilding/repointing our 2 chimneys and rebuilding part of an existing extension (which had been bodged previously by someone else). We will definitely use Lee again when we next need building or roofing work done. He's open and honest about what needs to be done, does work to a high standard and for a fair price.

We had a leak on an old tiled roof above our bathroom. Lee responded quickly to my message and came to look. He identified the problem and took photos to help explain what work needed doing. He told me what the options were and his quote was very reasonable. The job was finished to the highest standard, well repointed, good quality replacement tiles and felt. He was polite in dealing with us and our neighbour. Lee cleared away all the rubble after the job was done. This is the second time that he has done work for us, I would definitely recommend him as a reliable, honest, knowledgable and professional builder.

We have known Anthony for many years. He is honest, hard working and has made an excellent job of releading around our chimney on our 230 year old cottage. Not easy! We called Ricky and the team out to fix our dormer roof that had heavily leaked. The overall process was super quick and they gave us really solid advice to help whilst the scaffolding was setup. After an online message was sent I received a phone call the next morning to arrange a visit the same day to determine the cause of a leak from the kitchen bay window. Nick and Dan arrived at 1pm and immediately spotted that some mortar was missing from the flashing in the wall and applied some silicone to the defective areas. This was a great relief to me as I had thought a complete new fibre glass repair would be necessary. Great job lads! I will be recommending and using you in the future.

I called RW Roofing when I noticed a leak into my loft. They came round promptly and put me a quote together for repairing that and for some other work that needed doing but I had been putting off; replacing the top 3 rows of roof tiles and replacing the flat roof on a bay window. The work started the following week and was done to a high standard, the replacement lead flashing on the chimney stack was done very neatly. They also repaired some pointing on the chimney and the flaunching that they only saw once the work had started. The guys who came to do the work were all very polite and just got on with things in a professional manner. There is a 5 year guarantee on the mortar work and a 20 year guarantee on the flat roof in the event of any issues down the line. I have recommended RW Roofing to some of my friends who are planning on having some roof work done and I would use them again.

James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

Fantastic job delivered by Lee and his team today. Called Burton Flat Roofing couple of weeks ago to get a qoute for my outdoor building roof and also to have a look at my bathroom roof as a water leak developed over some time, affecting ceiling underneath. Before getting a competitive qoute, Lee had a good look at the current state of both of my roofs and then recommend what needs replacing and changing, rather than just getting a qoute from someone just looking at the roof from bottom up and giving a price going through the roof!
