I called Kensington Flat Roofing to discuss a small issue I thought I may have with a flat ‘cold roof’ on my outbuilding. Steve kindly gave me some of his time to explain the reasons the issue occurs in the first place and also gave me some steps I could take to help resolve the problem. I contacted Steven about the roof of a potential house purchase we were looking at. I sent a picture of a flat roof extension to query his opinion. Based on this single picture Steven engaged in conversation and gave me extremely valuable insights to any potential issues with the roof and also which aspects I should worry about / not worry about. It was clear from our conversing that Steven was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing and was able to clearly explain the different aspects in a clear and concise way. Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

We were in need of emergency repair over the recent weather, Advanced roofing and UPVC was the 1st to come out. We got a quote from them . A day later the work was carried out a day and a half later the work was completed very happy with the finish result, and they were very quick

I found Dan on Google after a few failed attempts at getting someone to come and redo the roof on my garage and replace my soffits and fascias. Dan was professional from the outset. He was prompt to come out and the quote he gave was extremely competitive. Although Dan was fully booked at the time, he kept in touch with me to let me know when he was available to come and do the work. Having had a number of companies either not turn up or quote extortionate prices, it was a relief to experience such a professional and reassuring approach. The work itself was completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard. This included the fitting of new PVC fascia, soffits, gutters, pipes and dry verge system on the house, plus new PVC fascias, gutters and installation of a Firestone rubber roof on the garage. All the old roofing and fascia waste was taken away and the area was left clean and tidy once the work had been completed. Dan and his dad were fantastic throughout the process and I could not recommend them highly enough!

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Overall excellent service. Bigger company so maybe not the cheapest, but spotted issues early and dealt with them all, very efficiently. Everyone we met was very pleasant and always ready to answer any questions. We've got our solar all sorted too, so very happy. Special thanks to Jason, Joseph and Luke on the roof side and Charlie for the solar. Worked really well with our electrical contractors (Pelliere) to get it all done.
