We moved to Derbyshire in the summer and contacted Safehands Construction for a quote to build a new extension to our house. Marcus responded quickly and provided us with a detailed quote for two new bedrooms and bathroom. The quote set out all works with a clear time frame. We were offered good advice at the planning stage by Marcus. We decided to use Marcus and his team. They carried out the work exactly as quoted and they kept us fully involved throughout the process. We asked Marcus to do some extra work, which was carried out efficiently and without fuss. The building team were excellent throughout. They used quality materials throughout the build and they explained each stage of the project. Marcus and his team spoke to us regularly and they ensured we were happy with progress of the build, design and construction. We enjoyed working with the team and more importantly we trusted their advice and opinions. The finished build is of excellent standard throughout. The team did a great job in matching stone work, Windows and final fixings. The quality of work has resulted in a top class finish to our house. We would recommend Marcus and his team without hesitation. When you employ a build team you want to feel they are knowledgable and honest. We would say that Marcus and his team knew the best ways of achieving our goals, whilst ensuring everything was within budget. We moved into our new build in the November of 2019, just as the build team promised. We would recommend Marcus as he will not compromise on the quality, keeps to deadlines and he is friendly and honest throughout.

Really pleased with our new roof! Luke advised on choosing materials at the start and then dealt with the awkward access, including carrying heavy timbers up a steep hill when the lorry couldn't get close. Despite challenging weather conditions the works ran to schedule, including completing some extra items that cropped up. The team at Webster's clearly took pride in their work and delivered an amazing result. Would definitely use again.

Luke has just finished replacing my whole roof and it looks amazing. I was given a full quote, which was itemised. I was informed about everything that was happening and when. In addition they cleaned up any debris left from the work and leave as though they haven't been. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Luke and Jordon as both of them have been amazing. Luke responded to a call to try to make right what a previous workperson had made an awful mess of with respect to my ridge tiles on my detached dormer bungalow. After a week the mortar started to fall off, and by June everything had fallen off. Worry set in as to the winter coming . Luke fully understood the implications of the problem I’d been left with. So, he came round with Jordon a month ago- they worked early morning to early evening , supplied with sausage rolls and a baguette each and on demand tea. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about the roof and what was needed. He used a new substance and the reviews are very good. Their workmanship, attention to safety and care and thoughtfulness was brilliant. He even went over and above putting some slipped tiles back into place. What a treat it was to have professionals like them around. And how nice were they with my collie pup? Very. When finished they cleaned up and it was as if they had never been here. Spotless! All I can say is that I would highly recommend the company to anyone. They are top class, take pride in their work, reliable and honest. Good price too. Called Allen about some broken roof tiles. Despite it being the holiday period, he was out the next morning to fix it for us. Very friendly and professional, had the job done within 30 min. I'd definitely recommend him.

We have had numerous small issues with our roof since purchasing a new property and Alan has arrived with short notice and proven to be very reliable. Each small job has been complicated in itself however Alan has professionally repaired all the issues and given good advice for remedial work ongoing. Very good company excellent to deal with. Bought Resiblock oil remover it certainly works I had a metre square ugly black mark and now after two complete applications just a few tiny residual spots left I hope to use the left over to treat them one by one. Pic 1 I forgot to take a before pic this is where the block mark is drying quicker than the sorrounding area pic 2 is what's left after first treatment pic 3 is after the 2nd treatment. I included a stock pic of a similar mark to mine.
