Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I would definitely contact Simon again and would recommend them to others who need a roof repair. Thank you Simon and the team.

Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!

Just moved into my lovely new home, In Branston Leas, built by St Modwen, Already B rated for economy, but to go higher, Needed to install solar PV, a battery and diverter, In came JAL Roofing, as recommended by Marley, NFRC accredited and fully certified, A local company fitting superior products integrally, These panels replace the tiles and have a sleeker effect, No need to clean them each year to remove the pigeon nests, All installed in less than a week, Most of it while I was away on a break, All plugged in now, and generating power, Forgot to mention the battery on special offer, So I can charge my battery, car, or run the immersion on solar, That last thing means in the summer, free hot water, So, top marks to Sam and the gang for their outstanding work, If you’re looking for solar, no need to look further!

We had been looking for solar panels for a while and decided to get a quote from Octopus but also asked a neighbour about their installation from JAL. We were very impressed by the level of service and the quality of the whole experience from JAL. We had several quotes from Sam Tebbs (Head of Solar) and we were not rushed to make a decision. Sam came to the house to answer our questions and complete a more accurate survey. Very impressed with what we finally decided on and I would highly recommend JAL if you are looking at solar and battery installation.

To find good quality reliable tradesmen is very difficult in the current climate. Acorn Quality Roofing provided a very professional service in fitting a dry ridge roof system on my house at a fair price and in a timely manner which exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail , additionally I was provided with an explanation of the work detail and given progress updates. A very good customer experience and I would not hesitate to use them again for any roofing work in the future.

Dave has completed work on our 1930's roof previously and promised we wouldn't be calling him back to do that work again, we haven't, brilliant job. A tile fell off a different part of the roof at the weekend and I messaged him asking if he could take a look and sort it out for me. He got straight back to me and said he would try his best to do the work before the end of the week. True to his word he has completed it today. He is always neat and tidy and all for a fair price. Would definitely highly recommend.

Dave,well what can we say? Top bloke and this work and worker’s were always polite and extremely professional. Did a full strip and re-roof on our 1930’s bungalow inc the side flat roof. The site was left clean every night so we knew we could pull straight on the drive with out the worry of any nails or debris. Slate replaced with a larger man made substitute and a dry ridge so no more pointing In the future,and the flat roof with a one piece rubber so no more leaking joints. And also removed three chimneys. Dave come recommend to us by a friend who had a slate roof replaced like for like,and we have recommended him to our friends too. I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

Phil takes pride in his work and this shines through on the quality of his end product. He removed a redundant chimney for me and made good and pointed the remaining one. Excellent job. Removed a chimney and patched up the roof. Looks like there wasn't even a chimney there in the first place. Scaffolders failed to show up 4 times and Phil was very understanding and managed to get the works done before the solar panel installation. Very grateful.

Layton and Adam did a great job changing all the fascias and gutters and fascia trays for my house in Stapleford/Nottingham. They started at 8am and didn’t leave till they’ve finished the job, cleaned everything, picked all the rubbish, and made sure that I had a look around and satisfied before they left...they put up with my nagging, picking on little things and questions 😜 ... top class workmanship. Really happy with the work and professionalism of these guys, really pleasant and brilliant guys... thank you for the great work. would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend A Class Fascias, they may take a day or 2 to contact you but once they do it's plain sailing from there. I received honest feedback regarding the problems with my roof & windows, price & date agreed completed all in 1 day. Hopefully returning to do more work soon.

Overall excellent service. Bigger company so maybe not the cheapest, but spotted issues early and dealt with them all, very efficiently. Everyone we met was very pleasant and always ready to answer any questions. We've got our solar all sorted too, so very happy. Special thanks to Jason, Joseph and Luke on the roof side and Charlie for the solar. Worked really well with our electrical contractors (Pelliere) to get it all done.
