One of this worlds best kept secret places. For many its a second home, surrounded by great friendships and an abundance of nature in all its glory. Iconic views over the River Humber and the famous Bridge too. Its a place to grow - flowers, vegetables & herbs - as well as better health and feelings of wellbeing. I love being a part of this place.

We got our plot about three years ago. As novice gardeners it's taken us a while to get organised and get the plot as we want it. Each plot provides plenty of space and we've got flowers, veg and fruit growing on ours. We've been made to feel very welcome and everyone's been happy to provide us with help and advice as we've needed it. It's a very peaceful place to just get away and enjoy the great outdoors.

I have an Allotment here, so visit regularly. The committee are just finishing off an earth toilet. We have newly installed water containers, so water is on tap when needed. The committee are very active and hold various community activities throughout the year. There is an annual show which is popular and very well attended

Great community, who have passion for everything allotment related.

The allotments is such a fantastic place, where you can work hard cultivating your veg or flowers or sit back and have a chat with a 'brew'.
