We have known Anthony for many years. He is honest, hard working and has made an excellent job of releading around our chimney on our 230 year old cottage. Not easy! We had already paid to have it fixed by a different company who left us with a worse leak than we had before! We are now watertight and very happy! He knows his business inside out! We would recommend Anthony without reservation.

Honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Anthony came and fixed our leaking roof within two days of my enquiry. Excellent job carried out, photos provided and advice for future care given. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a roof repair.

We had Antony to do some fairly extensive repairs to our house and garage roofs during August 2024. The repairs consisted of completely re bedding all the ridge tiles and complete re pointing of all the gable ends including total replacement of all soffit boards. The workmanship and quality of materials were first class together with attention to detail. Antony was very thorough with clearing and removing rubbish every day and going above and beyond with additional work which wasn't charged for. He also keeps you well informed of progress and is also an extremely pleasant man. Antony loves a few mugs of hot, strong tea, but no biscuits though, without this affecting work output as he is very hard working. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mickleover Roofline for any roofing project large or small.

Having had bad experiences with roofers in the past, we were very wary of contracting " unknowns" for the very big job of a whole new roof for our bungalow. Out of the 4 quotes we had, we chose Derby Roofing, as Tom and Ash were honest, up front and very knowledgeable. l am so pleased we did!!! The job took two weeks and is immaculate! They worked so hard every day and cleared up mess as they went along. We needed some cladding replacing too and they used a contact of theirs, Dan, who was equally as good as his job. They explained the whole process as the job was proceeding and honestly, were really pleasant to have around too! Polite , cheerful and thoughtful. In short, a perfect job, done by honest, pleasant men for a reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team have done an excellent job fixing our roof - they went above and beyond to repair the valley guttering / flashing on our roof - showing us drone footage throughout so we could see what they were doing. I initially contacted Slater and Myles roofing LTD to provide me with a quote for a full roof replacement on my Victorian terraced home. Their communication was absolutely excellent from day one, and they arrived very quickly to provide us with a very well priced quote, alongside their comments on the condition of the roof and what they'd suggest. We decided to proceed with Slater and Myles and I'm extremely grateful that we did! The team were all extremely well presented, organised and always on time, their conduct throughout out of the whole process was immaculate. There wasn't the usual swearing or lingering smell of cigarettes etc. Every single worker was polite and extremely helpful and grateful for the drinks etc. Every single day they were on time, there wasn't any surprising extra costs being forced upon us etc.They always made sure that the site was cleaned up and safe after the day, this was particularly important within our shared yard with our neighbours who have a young baby, plus we habe a dog ourselves. John and Terry were the 2 in particular who carried out the works and the end product is to a very high standard. They both take extreme pride in their work, this was reflected by them even cleaning the gutters out after the work was finished! They were that good that even my neighbours have all commented on how friendly, respectful and professional they were throughout of the whole process, alongside commenting on the high standard of work that they have performed. I couldn't be any happier with the work. If you want a rushed, poor job then these guys aren't for you, but if you want top quality craftsmanship for an extremely good price then you'll certainly find that with these guys. I couldn't recommend them enough. They deserve every single cup of tea and every single biscuit that you provide them.

Contacted Slater and Myles for a quote to repair a leaking roof. John gave me several options identifying the that issues he'd found and solutions at different price points, breaking down the work involved with each. More than one problem was found so we opted for a full re-roof and couldn't be happier with the completed work. The team worked hard through the snow, were always on time, we were kept updated on issues that they found and they were very professional throughout the work. I'd happily use Slater and Myles again for future projects.

I was let down by 2 other 'roofing companies' who left my roof with a significant leak, before I found Ark Roofing. Simon's team quickly identified the problem and resolved it and also inspected the rest of the roof and made good some other issues. I am confident now that my roof is in good shape for the coming winters. I am very happy to recommend Simon's team who are very friendly, approachable and helpful.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. Recently we required his expert help again as our flat roof had sprung a leak, not only was he quick to quote he also patched our roof to stop further damage until he got around to coming and replacing it.
