Purchased box profile roofing sheets, small order by EMRC standards. Gavin was very helpful, and sheets were of excellent quality, produced to size in around 3 working days.

We had our roof done with Shaun three years ago. Recently had an issue, phoned Shaun he was with us within 10 minutes. Sorted the scaffolding and his team to complete the work the following day. Can't rate him enough. Amazing

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

After another roofing contractor installed end caps on my property very poorly - they were falling off in days - I checked the internet for a highly rated contractor working in the Derby area and I’m pleased that I selected DCB Roofing. With the prospect of forecast high winds the Team turned up to remove the end caps adjacent to my neighbour’s drive, avoiding the risk of a damages claim. The Team returned a little later to remover and the refit the end caps properly on a day rate basis. I was initially a bit worried by the prospect of adopting a day rate contracting approach, but needn’t have done; the team work solidly throughout the job, minimising noise and keeping the site tidy. The final job was exactly what I was hoping for from the original contractor and came in under the expected budget. There is a lesson to learn here: if you engage a cheap contractor, as I did initially, you get what you pay for & possibly a lot less! Engaging a contractor aiming for customer satisfaction - like DCB - will save money and hassle in the long run. 10/10😃

Fitted a new roof to our house very professional and very tidy would definitely recommend

I had approx 4-5 people look at my roof, some knocked the door and offered prices that were very cheap, but I was not confident in what they described they were going to do. Dan came and viewed my job and the price was reasonable, not cheap, but he did give me confidence and he knew what he was talking about. It's always a risk with a new trades person. Despite it took a bit of time to confirm the actual time to do the work, due to him being busy and me running short of funds in Covid, I am really pleased we used DCB. His team were reliable and worked hard, tidying up at the end of each day. End result is a great job. I would readily recommend Dan and DCB! Work completed Mar 2022. Approx 130 hips and ridges removed cleaned and PVA'd and reset.
