Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

Excellent job. Removed a chimney and patched up the roof. Looks like there wasn't even a chimney there in the first place. Scaffolders failed to show up 4 times and Phil was very understanding and managed to get the works done before the solar panel installation. Very grateful.

Always a difficult decision who to go to for repairs to a roof having been let down by 2 companies who didn't turn up as promised . I contacted Orton and Parker ,Phil Orton came down at the time and day he said he would he explained the work needed and emailed me within an hour exactly what was required instantly I knew this company were reputable traders who put their customers first . I had no hesitation in getting the work done which was done within the timescale promised and the site was left clean and tidy . Phil and his team did an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend them for all your roofing needs .

He's brilliant. I got ripped off by some bloke in chad before Phil. phil repaired my roof. No problem. Good price. A proper job. True honest tradesman. If I have an odd job will tend to ring get his advice as well.
