I initially contacted Slater and Myles roofing LTD to provide me with a quote for a full roof replacement on my Victorian terraced home. Their communication was absolutely excellent from day one, and they arrived very quickly to provide us with a very well priced quote, alongside their comments on the condition of the roof and what they'd suggest. We decided to proceed with Slater and Myles and I'm extremely grateful that we did! The team were all extremely well presented, organised and always on time, their conduct throughout out of the whole process was immaculate. There wasn't the usual swearing or lingering smell of cigarettes etc. Every single worker was polite and extremely helpful and grateful for the drinks etc. Every single day they were on time, there wasn't any surprising extra costs being forced upon us etc.They always made sure that the site was cleaned up and safe after the day, this was particularly important within our shared yard with our neighbours who have a young baby, plus we habe a dog ourselves. John and Terry were the 2 in particular who carried out the works and the end product is to a very high standard. They both take extreme pride in their work, this was reflected by them even cleaning the gutters out after the work was finished! They were that good that even my neighbours have all commented on how friendly, respectful and professional they were throughout of the whole process, alongside commenting on the high standard of work that they have performed. I couldn't be any happier with the work. If you want a rushed, poor job then these guys aren't for you, but if you want top quality craftsmanship for an extremely good price then you'll certainly find that with these guys. I couldn't recommend them enough. They deserve every single cup of tea and every single biscuit that you provide them.

Contacted Slater and Myles for a quote to repair a leaking roof. John gave me several options identifying the that issues he'd found and solutions at different price points, breaking down the work involved with each. More than one problem was found so we opted for a full re-roof and couldn't be happier with the completed work. The team worked hard through the snow, were always on time, we were kept updated on issues that they found and they were very professional throughout the work. I'd happily use Slater and Myles again for future projects.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. I have just had Dalton Roofing re-point my chimney stack including replacing 4 broken roof tiles. They did a neat job of repointing etc to a very high standard, cleaned my gutters afterwards and swept my path and back yard. The roofers were very professional and decent lads who respected my property. As agreed by Dalton Roofing and myself, they roofers took before and after close up photos of the chimney stack. The admin team always kept me updated by email. I know this day and age finding a trustworthy roofer can be very difficult at times which is why I fell lucky finding Dalton Roofing. Prior to finding Dalton Roofing I had been messed about by a few roofing companies who were a bunch of greedy time wasters. Dalton are reasonably priced and work to a very high standard. I am very happy and feel rest assured that my chimney stack is structurally safe. Thank you Dalton Roofing.

Very impressed with Dalton Roofing. We had a number of leaks on an old roof and two other companies had tried to fix them without success. We contacted Dalton who came out very quickly to assess the issues. Phil explained the problems and gave me options to consider. He sent me a detailed quote on the same day which I accepted and the work was completed exactly on schedule. During the job, I spoke to Jake who was doing the work. He was great; he answered all my questions, explained what he had done in detail and gave me real confidence that he had understood and fixed the problems. Communication from Ruby at their office was also great. Overall, Dalton have been excellent and I'd recommend them without reservation.

Excellent service from BRS, very friendly team. We had our extension roof replaced which we are very happy with at a excellent price. All waste taken away and cleaned up very well after.

We had a problem of leaks from under the ridge tiles of our four year old house. The builders had attempted numerous fixes and eventually washed their hands of the issue claiming it was condensation. I called BRS and Terry came next day to take a look and immediately saw the shoddy job the builders had done. He was able to fit us in four days later to completely replace the dry ridge kit and was helpful enough to take plenty of photos that will enable us to pursue a complaint against the builders. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and they turned up exactly when they said they would. Great service, thanks!

I could not have asked for a better service; after all the rain with my roof leaking; they came as soon as possible and sorted all the major problems out, plus made sure there was no water getting in before leaving.; not just done & leave like most. Photos were taken to show me all items of work carried out; so kind, helpful & pleasent. All items taken away as well. They have explained to me that as my house was built in the 70's & no major work has ever been required that next year it would be in my best interest to have the front of my roof checked over of which I will get them to do as I will always go back here first. Superb service from an excellent roofer. Turned up on time, quickly to assess damage done by a tree to our roof. Back within the hour with replacement tiles fixing three separate holes in the roof. Very neat job and very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to anyone and will use again if we ever have another problem with the roof.

Couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing & Sons enough. We had complications along the way as structural engineering drawings were missing calculations for beams needed. Thanks to Liam and his lads for spotting this, as this would have been a very costly mistake. We are very happy with how the extension hipped roof looks. Liam and his lads have given us loads of tips and advice as this is going to be a self build / renovation project.

Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience from Lords, thank you!

We had our original slate roof completely redone after it took some major damage in the recent winter storms. Liam had some of the team out within a day to get us watertight until the works could be started. The team working on the house were very friendly and professional seeing the job done to a high standard ensuring we were happy with the results. Very reasonably priced for a great job, would thoroughly recommended them.

Had seen the work of these guys , as they did the the roof of my friends who live across from us . They have now done a brilliant job on our roof , including repointing both chimneys and replacing all architraves and gutterings and down pipes .They we’re very good with keeping everything clean and tidy too . We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs . Nice people too, so that’s an added bonus .

Can’t recommend GB Roofing enough. Gav really knows his stuff. We had issues with our roof lining which has been sorted and various repairs all over. Will be using for a full reroof eventually but for now we are water tight. We have used on several occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Staff are punctual, polite and very trust worthy. Just had my roof done with these guys. Outstanding service. Great communication, friendly and roof is completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price. I caused a slight delay trying to get a solar panel company to fit brackets. Danny was very patient and in the end fitted the brackets for me. Not many companies will go the extra mile like that. I am very pleased with the new roof fitted by Phil and his team. They were very professional throughout the project. The team were all on site for 5 days a week, ensuring that the work was completed in good time. They took care to do all the complicated parts thoroughly and ensured that no rain got into the loft space. They kept a tidy site and were very pleasant to have around. I felt confident to trust the experience and advice of Phil and his team and look forward to many years of having a trouble-free roof.

Phil and his team replaced the roofs, fascia's and soffits to our house and garage. They worked through ice and snow, but persisted and were always cheerful and polite. We were kept fully informed at all stages. They have done an excellent job, to a high standard. Phil used Crescent Scaffolding and they similarly did a great job through awful conditions! We are very pleased with the roofing work that Phil and his team have done.

Phil and his team have just replaced our main roof, lower extension roof and bay window roof. After being let down by two other roofing contractors, it's been a pleasure having Phil and his team. The work was carried out quickly, on time, with minimal disruption and we are really pleased with the quality. Phil responds to messages promptly and his team are a great bunch of lads to have around. They were also very considerate of our neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Phil and his team recently removed, insulated and put a new membrane on our leaky stone roof before relaying the stones. They ensured that the stones matched in thickness and size so that there wouldn’t be any issues in the future. The team were really hard working and friendly, they explained what they were doing and why and kept me updated. They even turned up when it was snowing and did what they could. I’m honestly so pleased I found Phil and his team and I recommend them highly.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.
