All 3 of my children have attended Kip McGrath at some point over the last 14 years. Clare has helped my 2 eldest kids tremendously with their reading & brought them up to a high standard. My youngest child he attended for 11 plus training recently. The staff went above & beyond with the parts he struggled with. I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience & professionalism & without KIP all 3 of my children wouldn't have achieved the results at school that they got. My thanks go to Clare in particular who has supported all 3 of my kids over the years.

Clare and her team were absolutely amazing with my son Connor. Due to some of the Dyslexia work they were doing with Connor Clare recommended that Connor went to a specialist optometrist – it was thanks to this that we discovered my son had some serious eyesight problems on top of being dyslexic. At the centre they did some amazing work with him and really helped him with his reading ability. He made absolutely amazing progress and he is now at University but I don’t think any of that would have been possible without the work Clare and her team did with Connor.

Claire and the team at Kip McGrath are excellent. I attended Kip McGrath for 10 years from the ages of 8-18. Kip McGrath helped me with maths, English and science taking me from low achieving student to a high one. When I got diagnosed with dyslexia I was a university student studying medicine. I attended a cellfield course at Kip McGrath and this improved my reading skills immensely. I am now working as a Doctor and I couldn’t have done it without the team at Kip McGrath! I still keep in touch with Claire now, I’m very grateful for all of their incredible help through out the years!

Whilst looking for help for my son on the lead up to his GCSEs, we found an advert for tutoring and were immediately put at ease from the first conversation. My son has always struggled with attention and focus in his Maths lessons, but since starting his sessions, his attitude and confidence have improved greatly. Feedback has always been honest, encouraging and relatable. The one on one sessions have helped with focus, strategy and helped make studying and the exam process more manageable.

On the lead up to our sons final year at school, we were looking for someone to help build his confidence up before his maths GCSE. Josh has always made the subject relatable and his friendly attitude has always put our son at ease. The one on one sessions have improved his confidence and the feedback that we receive from Josh is always honest and positive. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Katie for helping my daughter in Maths. Lily is in year 11 and preparing for her GCSEs. She has only been going to MagiKats since September and has already gone up a grade in school. She really enjoys going to her sessions, never grumbles about it and does the homework set without any problems, even though she has so much school homework on top. Katie has helped Lily's confidence in Maths and because of her teaching method, Lily understands certain areas now that she didn't before. Lily was nervous about being in a small group, only because she had no confidence in Maths, but after a few sessions she was much more comfortable. I would 100% recommend Katie and MagiKats to any one needing that extra bit of help, with added kindness, encouragement and support Katie gives.

Magikats lincoln have been amazing the past few weeks my little boy has been with them, he sometimes struggles to go places without his mum or dad but after the first session he loved it and wanted to come back every week. They have helped with his English and maths massively to give him a good head start for school in September. I would highly recommend these guys to help with your child's maths and English needs wether it be a focus on a particular part of the subject or the subject as a whole.

Katie in Magikats has been a Godsend. I was searching for a female tutor to help my daughter and on first meeting Katie, we knew she was the right one for the job. She is helping my daughter with her GCSE’s and since she has started, my daughter’s grades have gone up and her confidence in work too. I genuinely believe had we not have started with Magikats, my daughter’s results wouldn’t be as successful as what they are aiming to be now. One to one tuition with Katie is well recommended.

I have been having lessons for I think two years approx and have learnt so much. I go to a weekly group session and it is a great way to learn and meet people. Nicola and her team are so supportive and encouraging great place to learn music tuition.

My daughter has been attending this school from a years. Currently, she has completed grade 6 piano with a high result (as usual) and she still wants to do it, which for me means that the school is perfect for developing talents and interests. Everyone employed there shows high commitment. Nikki, the owner and teacher, knows exactly how to run a school to interest not only the youngest in music. Love The Music Tutor. Both my kids have been having guitar lessons here for years. My eldest recently gained her grade 8(highest grade) and still goes to lessons because she enjoys it so much. My son attended Kip McGrath Lincoln South for additional English Language Lessons to prepare for his GCSE and potentially improve on his predicted exam grade. Dawn was extremely helpful and approachable. Alex has increased his results by 2 grades. We are extremely pleased.

5☆☆☆☆☆ KIP REVIEW ONE VERY HAPPY PARENT! My Daughter started at KIP just after having taken her mock exams in year 11 (I wanted her to start sooner as I could see she was struggling but teenagers know best right) and after getting a grade 3 and not understanding what she was trying to revise she came to me and asked for help!!! Brilliant finally a breakthrough!! I contacted a few different tuition companies and spoke to them regards hows best to go about it nothing felt right online didn't sit right!!! Then I saw KIP advertised I rang and spoke to Dawn. Dawn was very understanding and extremely helpful then got us booked in straight away. My daughter went for a free trial to see where abouts she was graded and if she herself felt comfortable in that environment and with them. I felt this was the correct way to do it for my daughter as if we hadn't liked it we could of just walked away no strings. Thankfully my daughter felt like this was where she needed to be however nervous. Dawn could see how anxious she was and took her through straight away chatting with her. I'm so pleased Dawn and Lee are the people they are with great experience. KIP also confirmed she was sitting in the middle of grade 3 to get a strong grade 4, which my daughter wanted. It'd take some dedication of hard work, but it was possible. KIP advised to get the results we wanted that double sessions would get the best results they didn't pressure us into anything it was completely my decision as its what you can afford I suppose. Every session is tailor made for your child. If you want an update how tour child is getting on regards grade aspect contact Dawn and she'll get right back too you. It's as easy as that. Weekly direct debit payments which works for some people and probably because of the system. I however would of preferred to pay monthly or upfront, could this possibly be an option in future Dawn , Lee?! We decided to do double sessions twice a week and with the support from Lee, Dawn and the Tutor my daughter studied in these hourly sessions and after her fourth session she finally said to me "Thank-you Mummy for spending this money on me I'm finally starting to understand what to do with these equations now". Each week, homework was set however my daughter often didn't have much time to complete all of it due to the workload from course work and other subjects at school but it was set for those that wanted to go that extra mile. Lee and Dawn are always on the other end of the phone if you have any issues or problems and any holiday days we're rolled over to another day which was available too us so she never missed out on any precious hours. Now she's finished her GCSES and PASSED she did the foundation paper and got a WHOPPING GRADE 5. My Daughter who came to KIP with a middle 3 and ended up with the highest grade you can on a foundation paper is EXCEPTIONAL!!! My Daughter herself did do the work and I will not take that her away from her but you have to get the knowledge from somewhere and she says herself she couldn't of done it without the extra tuition and she is so grateful that I spent money on her education as all her friends in her maths class all FAILED their maths exam and are having to resit. So if any of your children are struggling in any of their core subjects I highly recommend you use DAWN AND LEE @ KIP.

My son is attending Kip McGrath (Lincoln South) in preparation for his GCSE maths exams. He originally lacked both focus and motivation, however in just a few months of attending his predicted grades have gone up and his whole outlook to learning has changed. This is through the dedication of Dawn and the team. Always quick to answer emails and offer guidance and support, the staff really have made a big difference. My daughter has been coming to Kip McGrath (Lincoln South) since October to assist with her maths for year 6 SATS. She has very much enjoyed her sessions and her confidence has come on leaps and bounds. My son started A-level computer science with Josh at Sandeman tutoring a few months ago. He has a very friendly teaching style and always takes guidance on what my son wants to cover. Some topics are quite complex & Josh is very good at breaking it down and explaining the theory in ways that are much easier to understand. The sessions have greatly improved my sons confidence in the subject and he found his last few tests at school 'easy' which for me as a parent is always great to hear. It's awful when your child is struggling, and mine was, but Josh has given him the support he really needed and I can't even put into words how grateful I am. The mock exams are only a few months away but with Joshs support, I know my son will do well. I would highly recommend Sandeman tutoring to anyone looking for a tutor to support their child!!!

Would highly recommend!!! My daughter struggles with maths and does not enjoy the subject. Because of this she is now recieving maths GCSE tutoring from Josh. She is finding it fun and very helpful and the way josh engages with her and the others on the session is very impressive. My daughter enjoyed her session and actually enjoyed doing maths and can't wait for her next session.
