First time visiting and will be back again soon. It’s a great setup with covered and uncovered bays, a shop providing all your equipment needs and refreshments too. £7 for 100 balls is very reasonable.

Really welcoming and well-priced driving range - although it’s a shame that they no longer have the automatic ball teeing machines.

Hands down the best full English I've had at a golf club,great service, super value, good quality sausages and black pudding, if I had to pick something that could be improved, I could only suggest a better brand of brown sauce.

The course was in excellent condition for November. Stopped for lunch afterwards and the new catering was solid too!

A course of two halves. The course starts on the old part, with a mature feel, clever routing, and interesting topology. But after 4 or 5 holes you cross the road into a newer field where the routing is straight back and forth, and the feel is much lower quality. It doesn't help as well that it's overshadowed by a huge landfill site with diggers running all day long right up against the course. Eventually back over the road for the last 5 or 6 holes which are very strong again. Headingley pitches itself as a £100 green fee. It's an ok course, but sadly the new holes, and the landfill let it down. There are better options nearby for £100, and for half that.

Course was in great condition for the seniors' open. Very true greens, if a little quick, no complaints. A very warm welcome in the clubhouse too.

Played in a recent event. Great condition, superb greens. A little exposed when the wind blows but a great golfing challenge. Good club house and practice chipping area. Plenty of parking also. Highly recommended.

We have been lucky enough to have a few Sunday lunches out over the last few months but I have to say today’s was brilliant. We love food and have eaten in lots of restaurants, Luca’s homemade pate was delicious, the beef and gammon melted in your mouth , the veg was really well cooked and the pudding was massive (we shared lol) and scrummy! Lovely atmosphere, amazing value (3 course less than £20) and attentive staff x great Sunday lunch we will be back.

I recently celebrated my birthday at the club and the experience was fantastic from the initial booking to the organisation and the actual event itself. I wanted specific food for my guests and they weren’t disappointed! Everyone loved the event and commented on how great the venue was. The bar staff we also super. Can’t recommend the golf club for events highly enough. Thanks to everyone for a memorable stress free experience

Very nice course, to say it had rained previous it wasn't boggy at all, the pro Dean was very welcoming, will definitely be back!

Family members who are keen golfers have been members here a long time and we have spent many a good night of entertainment here too.

Played as part of a large visiting party on friday 27th sept 2024 and what an experience. Members and staff couldnt have been more welcoming. As for the course it was superb. Tee boxes fairways and greens were in fantastic condition. The course has 27 holes with many memorable ones. A word of warning if you look at the scorecard it doesnt seem to long but its monstrous off the white tees (which we played off) because of the undulating fairways. On a final note the food was first class. Highly recommend

Excellent golf course to play, provides a good challenge to all! Staff are very friendly, make members and guests feel equally as welcome. I've made use of the tuition with head pro Lewis Clarke, both indoor simulator and on course lessons. In a short period of time Lewis has helped me to build a better understanding of my golf swing, build a better approach to practice and playing, ultimately lowering my handicap!

I booked a society day for work (32 people) at Moor Allerton in July. The staff were incredibly helpful, Alison could not have done more to create the day for us, from assisting with prizes to running around on the day. Junior and his staff were excellent in the bar making a great BBQ. Then George in the pro shop helping with tee times (some slow play) and getting markers out for our competitions. Couldn't recommend more!

Good golf course with 27 holes. Green was not well maintained making putts quite frustrating. But other than that, such as customer service, was good!

Fantastic well managed greens and course . Great first time experience last week, looking forward to coming back soon.

I like the course it's fairly quick to get around and offers 9 and 18 holes. A good variety of 5 and 4 pars where you could opt for driver, also a good spread of holes where iron play required and a variety of difficulty. Only reason why not 5 stars is that the greens can often be covered in weeds and water logged in places. Its fantastic for quick practice rounds for beginners.

We had our wedding here yesterday and we had the most amazing time as did our guests. Emma and the entire team were an absolute godsend and so bloody good at what they do. Totally stress free and great communication. Emma you made this so easy for us under our personal circumstances and i can’t express how much we all appreciated this. Been here twice. Best breakfast at a golf club I've had and only 8 quid.

Had a really good challenging round of golf,bit of rain wouldn't go amiss but that's a minor complaint and not one to be taken too seriously. Really nice course in decent nick. Will be back to improve on my score.

A well designed course with a good variety of holes. Well worth a visit and good value for money in my opinion.

Greens are pretty fast, but it's a decent challenge of a course. I've played both my best 18 and worst 18 on this course. Would get 5 stars but unfortunately a few Greens have damage on them, which I understand is out of the groundskeepers hands as it's due to nobheads on dirt bikes, but it does ruin a few holes.
