Beautiful course. Even after a huge amount of rain, conditions were better than I expected. Greens were top notch.

Me and my siblings arranged a wake at the golf course for our younger brother. I must say that we were very pleased with the proceedings and service.

One of the best in Birmingham, greens pure and fast. Every hole keeps your mind active. Friendly club and staff. Range and chipping area for that medal warm up. Back in 2018 👍

This was our first time out to visit The Robin Hood Golf Club. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to sample golf or the food, BUT we did enjoy a really fantastic night of dancing and generally enjoying a laugh to the brilliant entertainment and music from a band named Pavilion. Songs from the punk, the new age era, had us dancing and laughing until our belly's and feet hurt! The clubhouse and grounds are beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and everywhere was so clean and quite luxurious. There was a coffee machine at the bar that served a lovely coffee. It made a change from soft drinks all night! The staff were excellent and welcoming, and the toilet facilities were pristine and modern. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Exceptionally kept course by a very hard working green team. Great clubhouse after a full high end refurb and lovely staff. Strongly recommend as a member or guest

Walmley is an absolutely top class Golf course. The welcome from the club professional was very friendly and informative. The course is a good test of golf and the condition, as always, was fantastic! In my opinion, it's one of the best maintained golf courses in the West Midlands. The greens staff were working on the bunkers and cutting the rough. The attention to detail on the course is a credit to them. Ots just a shame my game wasn't as high class as the surroundings. If you're looking for a game, or to join a club, I'd definitely recommend Walmley.

Popped in to cash in a competition voucher to buy golf shoes. Steve the Pro was extremely welcoming and helpful in choice of shoe. When I played in the invitation competition the organisation was first class. The presentation of the course was very good and meal afterwards superb.

Great parkland course, greens quite fast, nicely manicured. Clubhouse has had plenty of money spent on it, and it shows. Great visitor changing and shower facilities, bar area very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the 18th and the rest of the course. Great signature hole over water at the 5th. Staff accommodating and welcoming.

Excellent testing golf course in fab condition. Lovely traditional clubhouse, superb food and excellent, friendly, helpful staff. A wonderful overall experience playing here.

An enjoyable parkland course with a good variety of holes. The greens were small, firm, undulating and fast. Couple this with rough around the greens it made the course play extremely tough. The condition of the course was excellent. It's compact, with several holes very close to others. Overhanging trees make the fairways narrower than they actually are, on several holes. The clubhouse team are friendly and helpful. The food is basic but fine and good value.

I’m a member at Moseley, and with 3yr old grandson in tow attended the Children’s Christmas party which was absolutely fantastic, a super Father Christmas. Another benefit of being a member of this great old club.

I visited Moseley golf club using the 1892 reciprocal courtesy arrangements, what a very friendly club, the members very friendly on the course asking if we are enjoying the course which was in perfect condition. A word on the director of golf Micheal Bayliss he was very welcoming and very obliging showing us around the clubhouse making sure we knew where to go. A very enjoyable visit Phil Bennett

Played here and considering a very wet winter the course was in excellent condition! What impressed most was the welcome as a visitor we were made to feel very welcome by staff and the other members! It felt to us like the club had a very nice culture throughout! Will certainly return!

Absolutely stunning golf course and a fantastic layout. Some of the fastest greens I've ever played on and there seemed to be a bunker just about everywhere a misplaced drive would go. Ranked 34th best course in the UK and rightly so!

Played at Little Aston as part of a society, the course was in immaculate condition. There are a lot of bunkers which make the course a challenge. They too are very well maintained. The welcome we had from the staff at the club made us feel right at home and we were well looked after right up until we left after dinner.

One of the finest courses in the UK. Every golfer should play here once. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Friendly staff and atmosphere not at all stuffy, even considering its exclusivity and quality.

Excellent and very well maintained golf course. Nice and compact. The golf course has lots of trees that are helpful for keeping the ball in play, and, on occasion, bouncing the ball off so that it goes behind you and you get to have another go at your drive. There is some water which is deep, so you can't fish your ball out and pretend it landed just on the edge - this is disadvantageous to your score but you'd probably get caught anyway. Hats off to the course planners, the fairways are quite close to each other in places so when you make an oopsiedaisy you can just carry on from the other side of the ditch and hope your mates don't laugh too much. Very nice course, great location and excellent staff. Everything you'd want. Will definitely go back (with one of those ball retrieving pole things).

I visited the driving range this week to hit a few and get a couple of clubs re-gripped. The chap in the golf shop was exceptionally courteous and professional. Thank you Nathan.

Great parking friendly staff and the community here are class. All are very helpful in providing each other with tips. Balls are priced well. Range is always clean as is the pro shop!!

The Brabazon is fantastic. Greens were like glass....fairways like carpet. Lots of sand drying up any damp spots but these tended to be from tee to fairway so not really in play... If you never 3 putt you have played really well and shot a decent number.... definitely not a course to expect 36 PTS if your handicap is honest!!! Certainly gives you a heightened respect for the pros (not that they'd be playing in 40mph winds in April like we did!) but even so. A must for any golf fan, and some deals to be had....we did the Brabazon twice and hearing how the PGA and Darby were (bogs!) I am very glad. Take a mortgage for food and drink though!!!

Great meeting place with open relaxed area for refreshments and snacks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Met with an old friend, Drew from Wilson Golf. A fitting venue for a catch up after 20 years of Event Caddie ⛳️

Played PGA and Brabazon, the weather held of for us on both days and given the weather they'd had for the previous week, the course was in excellent condition. It was a privilege to play 2 courses that so many legends have played before.

The golf courses here, Brabazon, PGA National, and Derby are all different but all superb. Bit wet this weekend but there you go. Facilities in the hotel/clubhouse are brilliant, staff very attentive. Prices for drinks on the high side and the rooms are a bit dated. They are building some new accommodation but obviously be a while before it's built. I would recommend it to golfers anytime. Facilities for wedding receptions etc first class.

Had a fantastic visit to Sandwell Park over the bank holiday. One of the friendliest welcomes received by staff and members from the pro shop, the catering and members checking in that we had a good round. Highly recommended. Having not played the course for probably 15/18 years the layout remains absolutely brilliant. Some lovely tight, tree lined tee shots and tee shots where you could hit long iron through to driver, decisions to be made. Some absolutely lovely looking Par 3’s all very different. Some elevated tee shots including a Par 5 which is always a treat. Fantastic layout and really varied off the tee and into the greens. Greens were brilliant and a real test, you’ll need to be sharp with you 5/6 footers and two putts are certainly not a given around there from longer range. A solid test of all the golf shots especially around and even more so on the greens. But a layout that is really strong. But more than anything else it the people were really sound and I’d recommend a trip on this even more than the course and that’s saying something. A lovely welcome into the clubhouse and great portions for a great price of really decent food too. Definitely worth stopping for a quick bite and a drink. Shout out to the bit of cake with the coffee too, perfect for a sweet tooth like myself. I’m sure I remember the edging around the bunkers and the paths etc being a little better years ago that would be my only criticism. It’s not bad, but this place deserves perfection really. But don’t let that out you off bunkers played really well. Highly recommend.

Played here last week. Considering I lived in this area for over 20 years I've never played here. Course in fantastic condition, lots of different holes, my only gripe is we teed off 35 minutes after the booking time, from other other people said this is a regular occurrence here. Didn't ruin the day though.

I dare anyone to find a better value course than Sandwell Park golf club. From the play out, to the carpet like fairways, the tree lined fairways and the friendly staff/members. Just a lovely lovely parkland course hidden away from suburbia.

Myself and my wife played at Fulford Heath on Friday 7th July and we were very kindly given a courtesy round, by Paul Aitkens the Club Manager, due to our course hosting the Midland Youth Championships all week as it has done for the last 37 years!! The welcome we received was from everyone at Fulford Heath was warm and friendly and the course itself was in excellent all round condition and a very good test of golf. The greens were immaculate, very quick and true and a real pleasure to putt on. We had lunch before we played which was lovely and the pint on the patio after the round was very welcome indeed. The members we came across were extremely friendly and genuinely pleased to have us there which was nice. We even had a laugh and a joke with the fourball who had played behind us. Such nice people!! Overall we had a fabulous day on a superb course and receieved such a lovely welcome from everybody at Fulford Heath 🙂!! If you haven't played it before then it's a must visit and we are sure you will enjoy it just as much as we did!! We will certainly return in the very near future, hopefully in a Mixed Open at some point. Thanks again Paul and everyone else associated with Fulford Heath you are a real credit to your golf club. Played Fulford Heath for the first time yesterday. The course was in amazing condition and the best course I have played. Everyone enjoyed the round and the greens were incredible, much credit to the green keepers 👍

Played as a visitor with a group from Lilleshall Hall. Wonderful day despite the rain - course is beautifully designed and maintained. Made very welcome by staff. Thoroughly recommend playing there.

Enjoyed a nice round of golf, Greens are very good, quick. Bunkers need more sand. First time we played it, needs a picture of the hole on each tee so you get an idea of what's ahead. Breakfast was very good, staff welcoming and friendly

A walk through for coffee, on a summers evening, in a little quiet village, through the yellow gates, across the perfect greens, along the nature of the green lane. Been across the mowed lawns, hedgerows before, but never written a review. Ideal for birds, other wild life. You to can up up at a coffee in Coleshill, then back to the car.

Played here with some members, really enjoyed the round, other members very friendly. Lovely course

Excellent golf course with 3 sets of 9 ( 27 in total ). The fairways are a good width to allow full driving shots and the greens and bunkers in good condition. The Clubhouse and dining are a great feature of the club, set in a historic building with more modern extensions.

This is a wonderful setting with 3 loops of 9. Not too demanding off the yellows, generous fairways mix with tighter ones, great variety, some water, and as for the greens, fast & true, beautifully kept. Our second visit & will be back for more.

Went for Sunday lunch. Food was excellent, crispy roast potatoes and tender beef. Really good value for money Service was second to none. Will certainly be returning
