Nice open course, not too difficult, greens are fast, course is beautifully kept. Not too many hazards, and generally open fairways. Great facilities at the club. Very expensive to play though

One of the best kept course I have visited and played. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the entire course was fantastic. The greens were perfect, the rough wasn’t too rough and the fairways in better condition than a lot of other courses putting greens! Sausage bap was top notch as well. Highly recommend

I played there yesterday with the Building Alliance Golfing Society. Staff were excellent was was the reception we received and the food we were served. Course looked great considering that we are not yet in summer. No negative comments from all 58 of us. The greens were good and I suspect frighteningly faster in the summer. Great bunkers with really good fair sand, great viciously raked. It’s difficult to loose a ball as the rough is kept in control. Very enjoyable experience.

It's a must. The staff were fantastic the reception I got was out of this world from start to finish. Other than the 22 mile per hour winds we had to play in. The course was fantastic. Also after your game. They're clean your clubs shoes. Various other things it was just amazing. Thank you to the Grove and all the staff it was amazing experience. And we'll definitely. Will be coming. again.

My first time at the venue. Having left a nearby crematorium we head d here to cel beaten the death of a good family friend. Greeted at a h door by a young lady we were warmly welcomed. Hot coffee followed by some good food. For such an occasion this is wonderful venue. A golf course with wonderful food. There is also a good restaurant on site that we will visit in the future.

I have been many times for lunch or dinner and its always fantastic. Brilliant food and great service. The best restaurant in the area, great views, very friendly staff and its a lovely place to relax for a couple of hours.

Absolutely brilliant venue. Nice and clean. Brilliant staff helpful. Food was amazing. Wheelchair and Disability access. Toilet facility available. Ample Parking facility available with extra parking spaces. Members only golf club unfortunately. Architecture and decor was superb and kept so neat and tidy with history of the building.

Had a fantastic time playing the High Course. The fairways and greens were in decent condition and the pace of play was smooth. Big thanks to Ben who went above and beyond - my last minute booking was handled efficiently and he also gave me a tour of the beautiful clubhouse. Looking forward to coming back to play the West Course next time.

We celebrated a work do here, and it was truly unforgettable. The manicured grounds are nothing short of spectacular—perfect for photos or a leisurely stroll between events. Inside, the interior is elegant and thoughtfully designed, striking the ideal balance between grandeur and warmth. And the food was simply outstanding: each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Overall, Moor Park delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I went for a mendi party. Place was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available. Light food and drinks were served in the various function rooms.

Superb fun! It must be relatively new, it looks so fresh and colourful. It was my Birthday and we had a blast. Hope to be back soon!

Puttshack Watford is a fantastic spot for a mix of great drinks and mini golf fun. My partner and I had an enjoyable experience with both the food and the golf. **Food and Drinks:** The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Nachos. However, be aware that the portion labeled "shareable" wasn't quite enough for two people; I ended up eating the whole thing myself because it was so good! The cocktails were also a highlight. They're dangerously tasty—so much so that you hardly taste the alcohol, which could easily lead to having a bit too much if you're not careful. I highly recommend the candy-themed cocktail (picture below). **Golf:** The mini-golf experience at Puttshack is innovative and engaging. The courses are designed to track your progress, award points, and introduce hazards, allowing for a fun competitive edge. The themed courses, inspired by video games, add an extra layer of enjoyment. However, a minor inconvenience was that you couldn't bring food onto the course, though drinks were allowed. We also found ourselves playing faster than the group ahead of us, who were busy chatting and drinking, leading us to skip a hole. **Overall Experience:** Puttshack Watford offers a fun and entertaining experience with a great atmosphere. I would definitely visit again for the delicious cocktails and unique golf experience. If I didn't have to fly home, I probably would have stayed for another round and more drinks!

I recently visited Puttshack for a family outing, and it was such a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and we were on the course in no time. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed before we started. The mini-golf itself was next-level fun! The tech-driven scoring system made it easy to keep track of points without the hassle of writing things down. Each hole had a unique and creative design, adding an extra layer of excitement to the game. It was a perfect mix of challenge and entertainment, keeping both adults and kids engaged. What made the experience even better was how affordable it was. Given the quality of the venue, the interactive courses, and the overall atmosphere, it was well worth the price. Plus, the added bonus of food and drinks made it a great spot to hang out even after we finished our game. It’s rare to find an activity that’s fun for all ages, but Puttshack nailed it. Whether you're with family or friends, it’s a great place for a night out. I’ll definitely be back for another round soon!

Booked a group of 12 children. Really smooth process checking in. Our waitress Courtney was really attentive and as a result the food came out not long after they'd finished their game. The food was good quality too. Will definitely go again. Big thanks to the team especially Courtney for a cracking afternoon

This place is absolutely fantastic. Have played at a number of local premium courses over the last few weeks but this is a true gem. Played here yesterday as Batchworth and Moor Park closed due to rain. Well done to the team at Sandy, the course is in pristine condition. The clubhouse is also extremely inviting and the staff are well trained.

I was lucky enough to visit from the Gold Coast, Australia. David and the team were so welcoming. The course was in fantastic condition, and the greens were absolutely immaculate, the best I've played. I found it very challenging as this was my first experience with a links style course. There are a lot of interesting holes and a lot of blind shots that make it challenging without some local knowledge. I certainly would have scored a lot higher but was lucky enough to play with some friendly members.

One of my favourite local courses and arguably one of the best. It plays better in winter than most given the sandy sub soil. It’s an inland links and when the wind is up it can really feel like a true links. Condition is always outstanding and greens as good as it gets. The practice facilities are great and right in the door step of the club house which is also great.

Visited for a society day… great course, well maintained.. the greens were a little challenging for me (as they should be) great food and service.

It is a beautiful course that is challenging with many tree lined holes. The greens are excellent. Highly recommend a visit.

Truly lovely course, the staff are extremely friendly and kind. The food is very good and so are the drinks. Nothing is too expensive and they are good prices. I would highly recommend it to people that want to join a new golf club.

Fantastic spot! The location is perfect, making it super convenient to get to. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious—great flavors and quality all around. Plus, plenty of parking, which is always a huge bonus. A winning combination for sure! Highly recommend.

Over the last 6 months Gautham has delighted myself and a group of 12 friends with an example of Indian cuisine that can only be described as a “culinary masterpiece “. We meet every 4-5 weeks for lunch at the club at 1.30 and, for the next 3 hours, we are treated to a fabulous experience of the most tasty, different “Indian” food. Although we are fairly experienced champions of this cuisine we are still surprised at the quality and variety of his menu. I suggest you give him a try and you won’t be disappointed!

The charity for which I'm a trustee, Deo Duce Foundation, held its third charity day there on the 15th September. The club could not have done better. The course was in fantastic condition, the management and bar staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly and we enjoyed a three course meal superbly cooked with friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended.

An on course 2hr lesson with Pro Alex Boswell. A great experience with a really good coach. Encouraging and inspiring with really good advice along the way. The course is well run and firm fairways. Greens were recently revised and so need a bit of bedding in (my version of events) Clubhouse was very friendly and great Indian snacks too In general a welcoming and friendly place to play golf ⛳️ and look forward to coming back again

Great Experience... We got there at 8:50 as they open at 9am on a Sunday and a very small queue. The service was really good. I ordered the breakfast bap with egg and bacon.. Was awesome. Then had chips and lemonade. Great place for the family and very kids friendly .

Really enjoyed it. Spent the evening with family relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Doesn't matter what level of golf you are. It's good to have snacks and drinks and enjoy each others company.good slick operation. All The staff we came into contact were very helpful and accommodating.

Just had our second visit to this fab little local gem. It’s spotlessly clean, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind and the glow in the dark courses are great fun! We will definitely be back.

I took my son and daughter today , they really enjoyed it . The cafe was great, reasonably priced and the air hockey table went down a treat with everyone . The actual mini golf was really good fun , well thought out and not too busy. The guy in the cafe was very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back . A hidden gem in Watford 😊

We booked a party for my 11 year old son at Glow in one. Brilliant from start to finish. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and the children were put into groups for the golf. They were given glow sticks and face paint. They had a fab time playing glow golf. When the session had finished.They sat at the party table. The food came out quickly and the staff were attentive to managing the birthday cake. They sorted out the candles brought it out and cut the cake for the guests to take home. It took the stress out of managing a big party. Party cups were ready and waiting for the kids afterwards. Would highly recommend to others.

Fantastic fun place, run by a lovely team. We've been there a few times to play golf with my daughter and the ambience is always great, the course is fun, it's never too crowded and we always end up having lots of fun! Today we had her birthday party in there and the whole experience was just as good. It was run so well by Sandra, from the first booking email to the cake cutting on the day - super accommodating, helpful and professional. Everyone had a great time, the kids loved it and it was a stress-free experience for us! And it's a really good value for money, plus there is only one bday party at a time which makes it a bit more personal experience compared to the big chain places. And it's great to support an independent local business providing great entertainment and something different for the kids and grownups alike 😄
