Although chilled, frozen products, flowers, fresh fruit and veg were limited due to the heat Armageddon I still managed to find everything I needed. As usual the store was cool and I pleasantly wasted an hour hiding from my dogs trying to guilt trip me because I didn't give them an afternoon walk. Of course that meant I spent much more than I intended😁😁😁
Most Waitrose are much and much the same, but not Dorking branch. The store itself has great history, the staff are just that bit friendlier than other branches. It could lose a star on the speed of the clientele, but that's hardly Waitrose fault!!!
I came here for breakfast the food was good, staff were very friendly. However tge one let down was the sausages were a bit burnt but tge rest of the food was good
Lovely lady that serves me and always happy to help. Can't say enough good things and food is very quick to arrive.
This has to be one of the nicest places to shop. The gentleman who manages the queue and the door is brilliant! So kind,friendly and helpful, making sure no elderly or frail have to queue longer than strictly necessary. The staff inside are great too and the selection of goods is of the usual Waitrose high quality. Even the view as you queue to pay, of the Surrey Downs makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Well done Waitrose Dorking!
