Great customer service from Tristan. Very helpful and straightforward, offering good advice before we decided to buy. The purchase was easy, and Tristan stayed in touch to ensure smooth delivery and installation, with an excellent recommendation for fitter. After-care was also excellent, ordering a couple of extra parts for delivery very quickly. Highly recommended.

Super helpful. I stumbled across them online and this was followed up with receiving a call. Working in sales myself, I rarely answer sales calls. However Andy was credible and just helpful, I didn’t feel I was being sold to, just useful information for me to digest. With the offers on and the Easter holiday we popped over to the showroom in Herts and chose the one we wanted. Again Andy was really helpful, knowledgeable but there was no pressure. We had a full pack arrive days later and so far even though the greenhouse is yet to arrive. I cannot fault the service. Which is nice to see these days, thank you!

Couldn't have received a better service from Andy and Tristan. From start to finish, the whole experience has been exceptional. The Greenhouse arrived exactly when they said, the driver even gave me notice. Despite the large amount of glass, everything arrived in perfect condition. Thanks again!

I’d highly recommend the Green House People ( Hertford). Andy was so helpful on my first phone call - explaining the ranges, what was on site to see when I visited and information on pricing and lead times etc. Andy also made sure that Tristan was prepared for when I did visit in person and we were able to complete our transaction within an hour. Tristan was also very informative, wasn’t pushy in over- selling and provided us with real value in making our decision to buy an 8x8 Malvern Ashton. Excellent service from The Greenhouse People. Tristan was very patient in helping me decide which one would be the most suitable. I even changed the order to a different one and they didn’t blink an eyelid. Andy was also very helpful indeed ! I bought the Robinson Regent Greenhouse in a sale. I am so pleased with it and it’s a great quality greenhouse. Highly recommend to those green fingers out there.
