I contacted PAG on the 2nd Jan to see if the area in our garden could be relaid with artificial grass as it all blew up during a storm over Christmas. After sending some details over and videos, Justin came over on 7th Jan to take some measurements and have a closer inspection. Justin was a pleasure to deal with and an absolute Gentleman. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his industry, which is evident from the various accreditations he and the company hold. Before he left he even said that if I decided to go with another company I could give him a call whenever for some free advice to make sure what I was being told was true. Justin was honest from the start and gave different options, and said he wouldn’t be able to just re-lay the grass because the previously laid grass was not of a high quality (it was two different cuts and shades) and not done particularly well, (being laid over sharp sand on patio slabs, and stuck down with cartridge glue around the edges on some premixed concrete) which is why it ripped up in the storm. Justin explained to do it properly it would require the slabs breaking down, the ground levelling, a sub base laying down, compacted, levelled and then a fine granite dust compacted, screeded and floated in for a proper finish, along with layers of membrane and finally using a proper composite edging to secure the grass down. Justin produced a full quote on the 9th Jan, which was well priced for the exceptional quality of work and attention to detail. After accept accepting the quote, the work started on Wed 15th. The workmen, Colin and Paul, were everything you can ask for; courtesy, diligent, skilled, displayed great attention to detail and clean and tidy. All the concrete and rubble was cleared away each evening and the work was completed by Monday 20th lunchtime. When all the work was done, the garden was hosed down from concrete dust, the grass was power brushed, cleaned and all the outside area hoovered to pick up stands of the grass fibre and the outside area was left immaculate. Justin also took a time lapse video of the installation to show the transformation. We now have a beautiful garden and our artificial grassed area looks absolutely immaculate and will last indefinitely (well over 20 years + in the UK climate as the grass is certified with a 10 year UV warranty in scorching hot climates) as it’s been done properly using the best top quality materials….and will never blow up again in a storm! All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending PAG, Justin, Colin, Paul and the rest of the team. Excellent workmanship, the best of the best for artificial grass, and an excellent experience from start to finish.

A very professional company. Justin is so passionate about artificial grass there is nothing he doesn't know. He viewed my garden and gave me a price there and then. I have a male dog so he suggested a particular type of grass which is more suitable for dogs and children. The guys arrived on time and carefully prepared my garden covering our tiles to avoid any damage. They were efficient and very pleasant. After a hard days work, they cleared and cleaned everything up and returned the next day to complete the amazing transformation. I also bought a sanitiser from them to add to water after my dog has been to the toilet and they offer an aftercare service to keep the lawn at its best which I will definitely be using. I cannot recommend this company enough and they did an amazing job.
