Jacob and his team at Refined Landscapes were amazing from the first consultation to the finished patio. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of landscapers than Isaac, Adam and Josh who all worked so hard and with meticulous attention to detail on my garden project. The team were extremely experienced and professional in their work and were also very polite and a pleasure to have around. The end result is a transformation! It’s not just created a fresh new outdoor space, it has also completely enhanced the back of the house. I am so pleased with our garden transformation. Jake came up with a lovely design that provided improved seating areas, a children's play zone and a woodland walk. Isaac and his team followed this plan with high quality workmanship to bring the design to life. Everything was carried out to the highest standards, with amazing attention to detail, pride and passion for the work. No corners were cut in order to provide the best appearance with the most suitable, long-lasting, quality materials. Isaac, Pete and the whole team were incredibly professional, supportive and a real pleasure to have on-site. Isaac in particular went above and beyond; creating the much appreciated wooden sleeper walls for balancing and climbing walls for climbing. Our previously segmented garden now appears much larger and suits our family's needs. It is now somewhere for relaxation, socializing and fun. I am looking forward to watching it grow and mature with our family. I would not hesitate to recommend their work.

Jacob and the team transformed our unloved hilly garden into a tranquil oasis! It was a tricky brief as our garden has multiple level changes, but from the initial garden design (brought to life in stunning 3D visuals) to the build itself, we were highly impressed with the team's thoughtful attitude, creativity, professionalism and high standard of finish. We absolutely love our new garden (as does our toddler) and cannot wait to watch it grow and mature over the coming years.

Our garden is small: about 120 square metres. It had poor soil and only one good asset - a row of cherry laurel trees. Refined Landscapes owner visited us and impressed us with his thinking and command of the relative costs of different solutions. His team included two qualified garden designers. Sarah listened, thought, and produced options, and then worked with us to refine them. Two successive teams implemented the design and planting plans. Both were made up of obviously experienced men, who were cheerful, fun and hard working. They consulted on finer points. We are delighted with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The project manager & team were all punctual and after they heard our concerns executed the project so that it's safest for our house & yard. They were always on time which relieved us of great stress since they were dependable daily & each time did what they said. Another great thing was that we could talk daily about the task ahead and what our concerns were. They stayed communicative & reliable through out the process. We stayed within the budged which was also very important for us since we had been swindled 6 months before by another crew.
