We just moved into this house about a month ago, and the front and back gardens were completely overgrown—there was so much work to do! Ian and his team did an amazing job tidying up our garden, couldn't be happier with the results! I really appreciated how professional and efficient they were, but also how easy Ian was to communicate with throughout the process. Ian even shared some helpful tips for keeping the garden in good shape, which was a nice bonus. I found Ian on a shared instagram post from the Reading Sunday league and enquired if he was willing to quote for the marking out of our 11 5aside tournament pitches . So easy to deal with and so professional from start to finish to the point we have booked them back for 2025 ! . Very cost efficient I cannot recommend them highly enough thank you it was a pleasure to deal with you and so much less stress than marking them out ourselves and a far superior appearance ! Your lines are straight ! 😂 The photo was Sunday at 3.30pm after 32 games had been played on that pitch and lines . All the best Barton Rovers Fc Tilehurst..

We started working with Garden Thyme in October, with the focus just on our Football Pitch that the club use. The Centre only had coverage for the pitch to be marked & cut once a month. We had so many issues with it not allowing us to play football so we got in touch with Garden Thyme to help. They came in to do a review, instantly we found out the pitch was too small. with 95 x 85 instead of the FA requirements of 100 x 85, alongside that the pitch wasn't even straight! They were able to fix that, using Blue lines & the Robot to give us a perfect size pitch & even but our club Logo in the ground! Then the main focus was why the pitch was so bobbly, the team found out the pitch wasn't rolled, so Garden Thyme brought their Quad Mower to roll, cut & brush the pitch all at once, whilst also cutting into the soil allowing it to breath once rolled. The game after you could see the huge difference & the team all said it made a huge difference. We highly recommend them to any football club!

The team did a fantastic job clearing the front garden for both myself and the adjoining neighbour. His team were punctual, responsive and fast working. They left the site tidy once complete and went above/ beyond to ensure everyone on the street was happy with the changes. Highly recommend for shrub removal and maintenance.

Jay has been fantastic! I wasn't able to be on site to show him what fencing we needed done so only had a video to send him. He understood everything I needed, was very communicative, promptly sent me a quote and got everything booked in to be completed before Christmas. The cost was extremely reasonable and I am very happy with the end result. I can't recommend Jay enough.

Short version Great workmanship, very happy and would recommend. Long version Throughout the whole process Jay was a pleasure to deal with. Phoned up for a quote and he came out the same day. Quickly gave me a price to do some ground work and provide a new fence on one side of my garden. We agreed on a date, he turned up and did a great job. Really happy with his workmanship and would happily recommended. Will keep his details and use again in the future if I need any work done.

What an excellent business. Jason was responsive, came to quote very quickly. He turned the quotation around rapidly and tweaked it according to my decisions. We had estate fencing installed at the front of the house and it required a slight curve one end this proved to be no bother at all for someone of his skill. Jason arrived on time, worked solidly and completed the job to an exceptional standard. I'm really pleased with the end result and his price was very competitive. Excellent service. John is so professional and good to his word. Our conifer trees needed a good cut back and prune. He was very considerate of our neighbours in keeping everything within our boundaries. A very hard worker, clean and tidy and have no doubts in recommending him to others. John was certainly the most professional landscape gardener we have ever used. He was thoughtful, consistent and listened to the customer - a very rare trait today. John occasionally was assisted by his team members although that was rare as he really participated 100% in our new garden which was a very difficult project being on a 1:20 slope. Not only did John lay our artificial grass to perfection with a brick edging, but also did the same for the front garden. Every day John left the site clean and tidy and always kept us informed of progress which depended, some days, on torrential rain which often didn't stop him planting trees! I can now add that his after sales response, for a couple of really minor items, was immediate. I can highly recommend JRG Landscapes for any residential household that wants a total refit or an upgrade to their garden.

John has done a great job on our driveway and parking area, all the old gravel was scraped away right down to the sub-surface and the waste was regularly and efficiently cleared off-site. After base consolidation, the whole area was covered with a good layer of new gravel with minimal disruption to our access and I am very pleased with the results. With his helpful, professional approach and attention to the job details, I have no hesitation in recommending JRG Landscapes' services.
